They have bathtub and heated pool but its warm temp. The room is nice and spacious and they have free parking. The room design is interesting

Absolutely everything. This hotel was the very first hotel me and my partner booked and we absolutely fell in love with it the moment we stepped into the doors. This is our favourite and one of the best hotels to stay in . The service here is unreal . The hotel helpers/cleaners , and especially the owners were so lovely and kind especially when I was booking the room . Even if the communication was virtual , they still did their absolute best to help me and I will forever be grateful and appreciative about that . They have made us feel comfortable and welcomed . This is probably our third or fourth or even fifth stay and may I say , they just never disappoint , it just keeps getting better and better every single stay so I would highly recommend this hotel if you want an amazing , welcoming and comfortable hotel to stay in .

Nothing, everything was absolutely perfect.

Basically everything. Super easy check-in. Instructions were sent in advance, so I didn't worry about not getting it. The room was very modern, clean, stylish and had everything you need (mini kitchen with good teas, coffee and even milk, complimentary snacks (not an overpriced mini bar type), all types of toiletries and even bath robes). Perfect location in walking distance from restaurants/bars/stores/some attractions. I was worried it could be loud as they had ear plugs provided, but it wasn't at all. Very helpful and detailed information about nearby parking that helped us find the best (affordable) option.

Not a big deal for us specifically, but it is not very spacious or very light room. Keep that in mind in case you plan to stay in the room for longer periods of time (we were mostly out)

We absolutely loved our stay here. Everything in the room is so well thought out and very comfortable. Communication is excellent. Location was great, very central. You wouldn't even need to leave the street there is so much in Eva/Leeds St alone. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Wellington.

There's literally nothing we didn't like but one very minor thing was that the room was supposed to be two singles and one double, but it didn't matter in the slightest as our kids ended up preferring to share a bed. I'm sure if we had messaged it would have been sorted quickly. But no complaints here :)

Love the modern vibe. We stayed in the 2 room hotel and we were super happy with how big and roomy the kitchen and lounge are. And the staff were amazing! Any questions or needs and they were on to it asap. Room service would even do the dishes if you had any out. We needed somewhere to store our bags between checking out and going to the airport and they sorted it out for us and made everything a breeze! Thanks for looking after us so well!!

There were lots of pillows but it could do with some thinner options, the main ones were too fat so I used the feather decorative cushion. A grater and lid for the frying pans would also be helpful! Heatpump seemed to be set at an average for all the rooms so it sometimes made the place really cold and the only way to trick the system into heating was to turn our unit to 30°

Lovely hotel, beautiful use of an old building in a perfect location. Appreciated the little things - welcoming snacks, kitchenware and even two different options for my bedtime sleepytea! Bed super comfy, shower amazing. Yes some noise at night but you get that with the location! The windows are noise attenuated and they provide earplugs if you're noise sensitive - I am and still slept well. The check-in process was flawless and it was incredibly easy to get in touch when I had a question. I'll definitely be staying here again next time I'm in Wellington.

Only minor issue was the lovely old bathroom door in my room wouldn't stay closed. Not a problem for me though as I was staying alone. I loved the bathroom mirror lighting idea, but the lights didn't illuminate the mirror itself due to their placement behind it, so the bathroom was a bit dark for makeup. Apparently they are in the process of improving the lighting situation though so great that they've heard the feedback. The massive mirror in the room had great natural light for makeup in the meantime!

Beautiful "hotel" property without the unnecessary lobby check in etc. Seamless efficient arrival information provided by The Cobbler team. Super responsive and efficient communication with Mady and Jarrod re: additional requirements we had during our stay. Overall, highly recommend this place. It's a beautifully and lovingly renovated historical warehouse property, gorgeously styled on the inside. Simple kitchen facilities provided, but not really needed given that fantastic foodie options are right downstairs and so easily accessible. Great property in a super convenient location in Wellington, so much on the doorstep but also beautiful to stay in and relax in this cosy room.

Location is right in the centre of the city and on a street that has great restaurants and bars. WiFi was brilliant, bed was large and comfortable and the apartment was well equipped. The staff I met were really friendly, helpful and customer oriented.

There are ear plugs provided which is a good touch but I needed them as the noise from local karaoke bar kept me awake until after 1am. A mixed blessing being so close to the action on Courtney.

Stylish, centrally located 2 bedroom apartment with a New York loft feel. Perfect for a city staycation. This hotel offers something different from other hotels, the small personal touches were appreciated. We liked that this was a small hotel, no long maze of hallways to navigate. We had Friday night stay, but it felt like no one else was there as it was so quiet and peaceful. It goes without saying that there was a great shower, quality bedding and the leather sofa was extremely comfortable!

Well, it is a virtual hotel, so no staff or reception, you just let yourself in. However, the instructions provided were very clear and it was easy to get in and find our room. The hotel is in a great location, close to restaurants, bars and cafes. A short walk (one block) to the Te Papa Museum and water front too. A very comfortable bed, and a well-equipped kitchenette was very handy.

The bathroom had a bit too much "mood lighting" it would have been good to have brighter lights there. There was no shower screen either so water sprayed all over the floor. There is no parking, but the hotel advised us beforehand, so we were able to drop off our luggage at the door and then park in a public carpark nearby.
