Breakfast was super! But waiters tidied the table too fast so ww could never leave a glass of water or coffee cup and go looking for more food as they were gone when we returned to the table. A bot annoying.

It was very difficult to sleep. Room was too hot and too noisy from the traffic outside. The man working in the bar was very rude to us.

Well, there were some problems: - parking in the area: you can pay for a parking at the hotel ... but your place is not sure. One evening we came back and there was no place left. They never told us that this could happen. We had to wait for 1/2h to get a small paper that 'allowed' us to park in front of the hotel. But this is a problem they should fix, the service is really not great with this. - Sometimes there was really a lot of people in the hotel, at those moments it was clear there was not enough staff there. Only 2 people at the check in of breakfast when there are really huge crowds? That's really not enough.

Location was close to tennis tournament. Shopping center nearby within walking distance. Very nice hotel, good food, rooms where nice and modern and comfortable

The breakfast is just fantastic, I have never been to any hotel with such a variety of food provided for breakfast. Besides the breakfast are available until 11AM on weekends!

The parking is not provided by the hotel, you have to park at a nearby underground parking, and you still have to pay for it. Besides the room is smaller than my expectations

Plenty of room! Bathroom was great, great water pressure and temperature. Fabulous breakfast!

the room was comfortable for a group of 3, the sofa bed was generously sized. understand the room was also handicapped friendly, so the furniture was more sparse than a regular room. since it was for 1 night, that was okay. breakfast spread was very good and generous as well. the staff were generally friendly, i guess it was low season so it was less busy. its walking distance to the Madla mall, which was convenient for some shopping and food.

there was no parking available, although the hotel could arrange for parking /day rates at the sports complex next door... it was still some walk to the carpark.

Very good choice of breakfast, the surroundings and location were very nice and of easy access to the town centre.

A bit longer than expected to have room service. The air conditioning seem no to be working properly, the room was not warm enough for my comfort. Dinner not available at the premises because there was a group dinner taking place that prevented me from having my own dinner at the hotel restaurant.

Very large and professional hotel. We enjoyed a nice and clean room with air conditioning. Even the tap water was tasty! Nice gym on the third floor. Very large and delicious breakfast buffet! They even had a separate buffet for the kids! We used the kolumbus bicycles to drive into the city center. Also possible with scooters directly in front of the hotel. Shopping center around the corner.

Parking (P-Siddis) is not in the same building, we had to walk 200m.

Breakfast was very good in my opinion (choices of warm and cold vegetables, fruits, fried and scrambled eggs, cheeses, meat, bread, cereals, a kids corner with pancakes, etc.). The beds were comfortable imho. The bathroom was equipped with soaps/shampoos from Rituals. The gym is equipped with cardio machines (run/bike/ski), leg curl, leg extension, squat machine, chest press, lat machine, shoulder press, ab machine, lower back machine, dumbbells and a bench. On the hallway there is an ice machine.

Even though the window could open, the room still felt warm (while outside only 16 degrees celcius).
