1. Great location—2 minute walk to Main Street and 2 minutes to tour pickup spot 2. Wonderful helpful staff 3. Great design and appointments of the apartment the bedrooms were nicely separated 4. Decent breakfast.

1. Hated that they use old fashioned keys and will only give you one no matter how many adults In the room. They would not even guarantee that the staff would open the door if the person with the key was out. They actually expect you to Coordinate your plans to allow the single key to work 2. No safe. To make the single key mandate even more ridiculous you cannot even safeguard your valuables if you had to leave the door open. 3. Our Bathroom shower was not sealed at the bottom. The bathroom floods after each shower. We had to pile towels around the bottom of the shower.

We booked a 2 bedroom apartment but they provided us with a 3 bedroom one which means more space for us. The rooms were clean and the breakfast spread was out of the world good. Didn't expect such a lavish spread from such a small property. The lady at the reception was very helpful. We got packed breakfast like we requested on the last day. 90% of our stay was smooth and hassle-free

We were not informed in advance that the apartment is situated on the 3rd floor and required us to lift our luggage for 3 storeys. This was very difficult for each one of us. We had heavy luggage each weighing about 20Kg and it was a back breaking experience. The hotel side had an elevator, but the hotel side is not connected to the apartment side. They should change this. It is an inconvenience to the guests. Plus, being the top floor, the ceiling of attic was quite low. One of us was tall enough and kept bumping his head every now and then.

This is a fantastic apartment in a super convenient location. You can take a direct bus from the airport and get off right in front of the hotel. It's right in the city center. The room is excellent — spacious and well-designed with a separate bedroom, living area, and kitchen. It’s fully equipped with everything you need. The breakfast has a wide variety and is very delicious.

The only downside is the seagulls, which can be quite noisy throughout the night, but the hotel thoughtfully provides earplugs to help with that.

The free breakfast buffet was wonderful, they also have free tea/coffee break with snacks every afternoon. The hotel manager from Argentine was the best, and the other staff were all very very helpful (especially that we travelled with multiple big luggage ). The apartment unit was spacious, though cleanliness could be improved. Beds were comfy. We had pretty much everything inside.

Dirty dishes were stacking up next to the waffle maker in the lunch area. Think some containers for dirty cutlery, plates and mugs could help manage it. Heater on bedroom was off and couldn't manage to make it work. Good location, but busy noisy area. if you are a light sleeper, bring some earplugs.

The Amalie is in a great location, it’s pretty as central as you could wish for. With access 24/7 you’re free to come and go, enjoying as many of the activities as you can, but be back for the free waffles at 1700

The apartment I had was on the third floor, I’m fit and able so it wasn’t an issue but might be for some travellers. Breakfast is great but it gets crowded/busy and the staff are stretched to clean up and keep bringing more food out

This hotel locates very well with short walking distances to the main street of downtown, supermarket, shops and most attractions. The bus stop is also just in front of the hotel and easier to reach everywhere. It was very clean and comfortable. The bedrooms, living rooms, kitchen and bathroom were all well-equipped and spacious. We had a wonderful stay for 3 nights. The breakfast was pretty nice.

The wifi access was insufficient, ometimes was not working.

Was central and close to a bus stop which made it easy to get to the airport and around the city. The breakfast was excellent. The apartment had everything we needed and was warm and comfortable.

The number of stairs made it difficult for us to get our large bags up and down. Otherwise we could cope with the stairs but an older or person with a disability would not to be able to.

Actually, there s a little thing. Your apartment for family is on 3rd floor which is quite difficult for family who has big luggages like ours. It will be much better if you have elevator. However, your staff assistant on helping carrying luggages has already covered this part.

I loved everything! The hotel is perfectly located, just steps away from the meeting points for the northern lights tours and city attractions. The food is absolutely delicious and plentiful! The staff is extremely friendly and makes you feel welcome from the very first moment. Especially Leonardo! Without a doubt, we will return to this hotel!
