The accommodation is perfectly placed to offer walking distance of all of Trondheim. There is a bus stop right in front of the hotel, which was extremely convenient for the trip to and from the airport. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the shower space was surprisingly functional – no water in the whole bathroom after taking a shower. The breakfast was superb, with many options, I could try something new every morning for the four days spent there. There was complimentary coffee available for the whole day! The architecture of the place is splendid, calming, and spacious.

There were no sockets close to the bed in my room. The food offered late at the reception had no vegetarian options. But there is a supermarket 5 mins. away open till 11 pm, which solved the problem.

When we arrived we had a hard time trying to find a place to park our van and unload our luggage. The staff working that day did not help very much. They were very nice - but one of them could have walk with us to the area to park our van and unload before parking in the parking structure. We figured it out - but it would have been nice for an employee to help us.

The breakfast was fantastic with a broad selection of foods beginning from typical Norwegian stuff like salmon and the brown cheese, through different dishes with eggs, bacon, sausages, fresh vegetables ( avocado inclusive!) and fruit up to diary products and sweets. Excellent selection of breads and a very good coffee. The room was comfy and very clean. The location is very good close to the old quarter of Trondheim and at the same time short walk from the central train station.

Excellent location. A 25 minute walk to the Hurtigren/Havila ferry terminal. Close to a. Number of restaurants and cafes, and great walking pedestrian malls. Excellent buffet breakfast. Friendly professional front desk staff. Even though the hotel was very busy on a weekend, staff kept the buffet items filled and hot.

Rooms are getting a bit tired. Nothing ad.

We were able to hav a room looking outside (at first it was looking inside) and it was very good. The room was of a godd size, the beds were nice and the temperature in the room was nice and not too hot. The buffet of the breakfast was very good, and if you choose your timing right, it was not too crowded.

The location of the property is very good, you can easily walk to all the various sights of Trondheim.

Nice hotel, city parking straight next to it, with entry in the hotel, good breakfast, nice breakfast room with a view. Just the desk employees a bit too young, nice but lacking of knowledge of basic information. (Like which button to use to get from the hotel in the parking, is the 15th of August a legal holiday).

The location is excellent. It is in a very beautiful area and very close to the city centre. Everything is accessible by foot. The staff was very helpful and the room was very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was also very good.

They do not have ironing facilities in the room

We loved our stay! The view on the river was incredible and the hotel was walking distance from absolutely everything. The breakfast spread made us feel like royalty. The staff were very friendly. The environment was clean and relaxed. 10/10!

The location was perfect for us - opposite where we picked up a car, bus stop to the airport right outside the hotel and an easy walk to everywhere.

The breakfast could have been better. Bacon and eggs were cold and inedible. Fruit was not great - melon past it's best, kiwifruit hard.

Breakfast is good. Beds are comfy. Room temp is good. Staff is kind. Has parking right underneath the building. Very good location to explore the city.

Rooms with only one window in the roof are not something a hotel should have. Missing a water heater with tea and coffee in the room. Parking underneath at 300nok per day is just too much.
