Wonderful location. It is a tired hotel but is very clean and comfy. Our room was a "superior" one , which had a wee balcony on the very corner which was nice. It also featured a kitchenette.

There has been some negative comments posted which I would call unjustified. We found no fault. If one wants a 5 star hotel then book ( and pay) for it! If you want a clean comfortable and central hotel, with a decent kitchen, then look no further!

Easy to find, lift is not far from the door so easy to find. My door number wasn't on the lift number plan, but got out on a floor and saw a small set of stairs, went up and found my room in that corridor. In the lift, there are 2 buttons per floor an each floor has a split level. Once you know what button, the left or right one, use it from then on. Had a fridge in the room, so bought a Subway & kept it in there until my next day's trip.

No breakfast, but was told about it. Got vouchers for money off purchases from Godt Brod on the next corner, but didn't use them. Had some noisy guests walking backwards and forwards in the corridor for quite a while, but other wise a quiet location.

Had good beds, a kitchenette that served our needs, character, quiet. Very close to interesting sites, the cathedral, park, water way, shopping. Old town. Loved the location!

Very little tv reception. I just wanted to see the daily news, and watch a little tv at night. Disappointed in that. But then, I had been told not to expect much. Norwegians have better ways to spend their time.

Our flight got in very late at night and the staff were ready for us. They gave us clear instructions on how to contact them when we arrived and they were so welcoming and accommodating! The facilities were clean, the bathroom floor was heated, it was very quiet and felt very safe.

The hotel is very well located. You can go walking every when in town. The rooms were big and comfortable.

The price was incredibly high (even for Norway) and eventhough they say they have parking is not true. It is street parking where you can only park a max of 3 hrs during certain times.

Staff were very accommodating about our very late arrival. Our room was spacious and had a comfy chair and bed. Good location for Central city and the train station.

Great to have a kettle and fridge, but mugs rather than disposable cups would be appreciated, along with teabags and coffee.

Location was awesome and close to everything. Even with a dog it was pretty good, since there was a park across the street and and elevator to get down from our floor. Everyone were super nice and both me and my dog loved the stay!

great location, middle of downtown Trondheim. Walking distance to most attractions. No breakfast, but they give you a 15% off at the bakery next door. room was cozy and clean. had everything I needed for a short stay

They were really cooperative with my late arrival by train. Very good value for money, not fancy but everything you need. Hotel has a free laundry. Ok, they don't serve breakfast but there is a nice bakery almost next door for which hotel gives a discount card, opens 7 am except Sunday 9 am and as long as you don't want a hot cook-up you can have a good cheap brekky with GOOD COFFEE!! Extremely helpful and friendly staff. Ideal location re restaurants, public transport and walking distance to Trondheim's best city sights.

Very happy with this hotel.

Clean and at a good location. Close to a bus station that gets you from and to the airport. Close to the cathedral and old bridge. Polite staff, easy check-in and check-out. Very comfortable bed.

Nothing to complain about. I did not have a glass in my room, but I guess I could have got it if I asked.
