Exceptional facilities, from the room amenities to the food options. Furthermore, the overall infrastructure of the hotel seemed to be in a good, sturdy and clean condition. A pleasant surprise was the availability of entertainment rides for kids in the hotel that made the overall experience quite child-friendly as well. The staff were also quite cooperative and always available.

After this visit, there is not much that I can fault. However, I would certainly like to remind the hotel administration to maintain these standards and to ensure that they remain responsive to the needs and requirements of the guests.

Room was excellent. Wonderful buffet and breakfast. Room service (Fish and Chips) was also good. Did not like the security check in at the entrance gate. Billiard staff person was an awesome fellow. He turned into an excellent coach for my daughter. Highly appreciated his kind guidance.

Check in at the gate. (Basically the procedure). I think it is basically for security reasons. I would say it is because of poor performance of the government of PAKISTAN, for decades. Completely nincompoops (heads of all govt departments/institutions)

The amount charged for my nine year daughter's breakfast was too much. My kids didn't eat much at breakfast buffet. But hotel charged too much for kids breakfast. Parking Space is very less and congested. There should be more parking space available. We checked in late and The terrace cafe was closed around 12am. The terrace cafe should keep open for mesmerising view with coffee.

Cleaniness, Room service was very good

1.Food was very expensive and quantity was too low. Even water bottle was sold on extremely expensive price. 2. Children play area was unfairly charged too much. Single coin for 50 rupees and playing time only 1 min, that was insane. Jumping trampoline was charged 250 rupees only for 10 minutes. Thats so unfair. 3. In musical night, very low grade band was invited. Singer only knew 4 to 5 songs old and out dated which he kept on repeating. 4. Bank Alfalah Visa Platinum card offered 40% discount on restaurants but Hotel management refused to give discount blantly without providing any reason. 5. At the time of booking it was clearly mentioned that breakfast included for all guests. But hotel charged 50% for a child above 5 years age.

Loved the room, the staff, the facilities, and the comgyness. Also enjoyed complimentary live music in their open-air theater. Had a good time in the family-friendly pool, wish it was temperature-regulated. Ladies' health center was nice, with a female-only Jacuzzi. Above all, the buffet breakfast was delicious. Oh yes, they served a yummy chicken karahi for dinner (room service) and we loved it.

the landscape and view is amazing. Khyber Hujra restaurant was excellent, you have to try it out. special shout out to Transport coordinator Mr. Qayyum.. such a gem of a guy , he helped us out with transport and other guidance… I would give 5 stars just for Mr. Qayyum.

facility is a little old and needs maintenance

Very courteous staff at front desk. We were facilitated and taken care of very well. Hotel location is great as always and there was good management all around.

The food in all restaurants is highly over priced and bad value for money. The quantity being served is laughable. The crew at Nadia and terrace cafe was courteous and welcoming. However the attitude of staff at jungle open air restaurant is deplorable and worst value for money in terms of food quality and quantity. Dont go near this restaurant at all.

The location is breath taking, the cleanliness was up to the mark, professional and helpful staff, facilities to keep you busy, the breakfast was delicious, spacious rooms.

Swimming pool not temperature controlled, it’s meant to be of free access for the customers but the mandatory buying of the swimming suits from the PC shop is unnecessary. They placed a carpet in our room after we checked in, it stink pretty bad and we had to call the house keeping to remove it. It was just one unwanted incident we faced.

We had a great stay at the PC Bhurban. It is an international standard hotel! We felt welcomed at the reception and the staff in the lobby. The lovely lady Bushra checked us in and was very kind. The Guest Relations manager Mr. Rehmat was very attentive and so helpful and friendly. He walked with us to the room and surprised with us with a big bouquet of flowers and delicious cake. The room was great and we had a Beautiful view. Bed was very comfortable! PC offers multiple restaurants options. We really enjoyed our meal at Terrace cafe. The beef burger was the best! It was very tasty and had a soft patty! Our compliments to Ms. Shajeela! She was wonderful! Hard working and really good at what she does! It is nice to see that PC provides opportunities to so many women in hospitality industry! Mr. Moshin, the sous chef, also talked with us during the breakfast to check if we were doing good! Which was a nice gesture. The reception staff arranged our entry to the Chinar Golf Club, which is a very nice activity to do! The hotel offers a lot of entertainment options. It’s really relaxing place for a long stay!

Overall stay was great. International standard hotel, however I have 2 improvement points to suggest. 1. There was some dust on the headboard and few places on the furniture and there was some molt in the shower of 517. 2. I found it bit weird that our driver got charged 200 rupees to enter the hotel to just drop us off. I think it should not be charged for staying guests. Our driver just dropped us off for 5 mins and left the property but still had to pay 200 rupees & had to pay again 200 rupees to enter the property to pick us up!
