The hotel was comfortable. I felt fairly safe, but I worried about my possessions during the day while I was gone as it's easy access to get into the hotel. However, they do ask you to change your key everyday, so that helps a little. Bed was comfortable. Without earplugs it will be noisy sometimes. Overall, I was happy with my stay as the young staff was very kind and as helpful as they could be, but I could sense that the management was benefitting more financially and this bothered me a bit...but that is less about comfort of the hotel and more about morals.

They will lie to you about how much things cost and then tell you certain things are free but then charge you...so be prepared to be asked over and over again to pay more for lots of things.

Staff very friendly, tried very hard to meet any and all wishes. We upgraded room and has very happy.

We had a room and reservation number and has delayed by airline and couldn't call. So they canceled the room for two week stay. They made us go to another hotel for one night. Then let us continue only after we rebooted the room.

The amenities and the overall ambience of the property are good, and the food is good too, although I just had a complimentary breakfast, room was very comfy and clean, and had everything in it. The staff was cooperative and well-trained.

The only problem I faced was with the reception/front desk guy he was always telling me the rates and hotel policies for tiny things, for instance, I asked the guy to get me the tea in a takeaway cup outside so that I could smoke while enjoying my tea, he told me that I couldn`t do that and then I asked him to bring me a tea in my room and he started telling me that it's for this much and we`ll charge you for this etc. Which I felt was a bit disrespectful and unnecessarily strict, I guess while in the hospitality business, one needs to be a little bit flexible towards small things. The only interaction I had with the property was in terms of food. Can`t say much about anything else.

I wasn't sure about this hotel at the time of booking because of the reputation of other hotels in the area but after reading the reviews I gave it a go. I was surprised by the overall experience. Great customer service by all staff working in the hotel as they were kind and helpful from bell boy to reception staff to room service guy and to the guard at the entrance. They went above and beyond to provide comfortable stay. Overall hotel room was comfortable and had all amenities which were very really good worth the value. Location is perfect.

When you walk out the hotel entrance it can be bit crowded because of the main road traffic and people walking on the road.

The breakfast menu was traditional Pakistani and the taste was also good. The best thing that I liked about this hotel was the location, right in the heart of the city with all the famous places nearby.

There was some temporary issue with the internet service, but I think that this is normal in Pakistan.

There is parking issue for this hotel. No space available for Guest cars . We have to park our own at Road

Cleanliness of room, bed and bath room were good but sofa set had stains, electric kettle had a strong smell in that

bathroom size, particular the shower cabin was too small, Towels had stains. In breakfast, fruit items are needed to add & increase items, only one option was available

Location was very central and staff very helpful and accommodating . When I checked in they gave me a “single room “ that was not what I had initially booked online . Zeeshan tried to make things better and they switched me to another room that was larger but smelled like smoke . Finally after the 3 rd try Zeeshan found the perfect room for me . Room was comfortable, had a small refrigerator and safe which are a must for me . Last room had also glass and a curtain in the shower so water will not splash all over like in the other rooms . Overall I was very pleased with my stay . Zeeshan went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable . Thank you Zeeshan !

i liked everything and i think this hotel offers the best price/value ratio on karachi. Hotel is very nice with attention to details which is not common in this price points, room was excellent with comfortable bed, nice furnishing and smart tv with youtube and netflix woth possibility to cast your phone. location in saddar is perfect, right across the street is atrium mall, where you can get everything and there is an ATM. there is plenty of local streetfood opportunities around too. i used airport transfer arranged by hotel, which was 2000 pkr, which is less then taxi drivers ask you on street or airport, and transfer arranged by hotel was with better car. lastly i want to mention the staff which was heart welcoming and ready to assist you in any case, i want to thank to Mr. Mohsin and Mr. Nabil who handled my checkin and checkout process for their excellent work - thank you.
