Nice hotel, great room, decent facilities including spa, gym, nice breakfast. Nice and helpful reception ppl.

Lobby music awful, not for family ears, no mention of points card/membership. I now have to claim past points to be added.

The amazing service they went above and beyond to help us in every way. I travel from the UK and I have stayed in other hotels in pk eg pc Lahore but always come back to this. It’s changed names 3 times over the years but the service is still impeccable spot on. We needed a driver for the full day they sorted this out and printed documentation for us which we forgot to do. A Family member left an expensive jacket here after checking out a few days later they complimentary dropped it off to the airport which was so convenient for us otherwise we wouldn’t have been able to collect. Definitely recommend you will not be disappointed

The WiFi in my room was poor .. other members who had wifi in there rooms was very strong maybe a glitch in my room.

Clean and nice location. Staff, food and service up to par as you would find in the UK. Housekeeping was helpful, thanks to Fazal.

Poor assessment of what was used from the minibar. There was already items missing from the minibar when I checked into my room, these were put towards a bill when checking out. Had to refute this in the lobby and explain this. The ladies ability to use the spa services in private away from men needs work, but the staff working there took care of us and gave our family some time to use the facilities while holding any men from using the spa services while our women were present and also took care of us. (Thank you).

The breakfast was very good with boiled eggs, French toasts, and pancakes in addition to omelettes prepared according to specific requirements, There were traditional local dishes as well, fruits salads, and other mostly high calorie foods you normally have in lunch or dinner, in addition to juices. There were porridges of all sorts, donuts and other bakery products. The hotel was near to my place of meeting - which hotel was full due to a sports event. The hotel was providing good value for the money paid while other similar hotels were fleecing their clients and had raised their room rates exorbitantly taking advantage of the demand. The staff was very hospitable as well. The room service dinner ordered was served promptly and was quite delicious.

Some bathroom fittings could have been in better shape although overall it was very good. The room was made up when I arrived but the towels took a while before being sent.

The staff were exceptionally helpful both on reception and on the concierge desk. The concierge sorted us out with a car and driver for sightseeing and transfers. the welcome drink of fresh lemon was lovely.

The rooftop swimming pool was very welcome but on a weekend evening was very full of exuberantly splashy young men who I don't think were all guests - it made swimming difficult. that said the pool was empty at 7.30am on Monday and at lunchtime. A variety of fresh fruit at breakfast would have been nice.

Location was good. Sheraton service was amazing. We got picked up from the airport. Staff member at the reception was very welcoming cleaning service was good every time we called for something it was there within minutes. Pool and Jacuzzi was a nice game and was comfortable. Overall, the service was good

The Location is pretty central, the housekeeping staff and room service staff are wonderful. The room was upgraded which was fantastic the room is pretty comfortable and the value for money compared to other hotels is pretty good

The reception staff at night were not much of a help I had to remind things again and again to get things done which was disappointing.

Amazing support received throughout the stay. People at the reception were so helpful. I am particularly impressed by the advises received from the Duty Manager Mr. Qamar Ijaz and he even offered help which was above my expectations. Very friendly environment and the best stay! Room was a lot bigger than expected. Staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout the stay. Room service was prompt and a bonus of a little swimming pool on the roof which I had to myself.

Very small problem - the in-room internet could have been a but quicker.

Fantastic attitude of staff. Good breakfast.

Location and the fact that wasrooms have bath tubs (with glass wall) not dedicated shower space so it’s slippery. Location is a bit rushy but adequate parking space inside.
