All staff especially Mr. Akif at reception were exceptional in their hoslitality. Breakfast was good. Location is excellent. Room service response was quick. Overall it was marvelous experiance

My first stay at the Ramada Hotel in Lahore was truly exceptional. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was enveloped in a warm and inviting atmosphere that set the tone for a wonderful experience. The hotel's modern amenities, comfortable rooms, and attentive staff made my stay feel like a home away from home. I particularly enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet, which offered a delightful mix of local and international flavor. Overall, my stay at the Ramada Hotel was a memorable one, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable experience in Lahore.

Excellent hotel with an absolutely lovely room. Staff very helpful and pleasant to talk to. Nice lounge at a higher floor, and a lovely cafe on the ground floor. One of the best hotels I have been to. Breakfast is also great, however it gets full, since the hotel is busy. We loved our stay.

We had an odd experience. We were two Western tourists (one of them a woman), and when we were leaving the hotel, in order to explore Lahore, the security guard asked us where our security was, and that it was very dangerous to go to the city alone (completely not true). One of the guards asked us to go back into the hotel territory and basically did not let us leave. Then made a few calls, talked to other people and in the end told us to leave, without any further explanations on whether it was actually safe to go out or not. This all was very unexpected and made us worry unnecessarily in the beginning. We brought this matter up to the reception later, who also seemed to be confused by this encounter.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Ramada hotel. The breakfast was amazing with a lot of choices and everything was delicious. The staff were exceptionally friendly and always willing to go the extra mile to help. The location of the hotel is fantastic, and the entire property is impeccably clean. The rooms were very comfortable, especially the bed, and the bed sheets were changed every day. The live music in the hotel was a wonderful bonus and sounded professional. Additionally, the Wi-Fi was decent.

While my stay was mostly positive, there were a couple of minor issues. The Wi-Fi, though decent, could have been a bit faster and more reliable.

This is a nice property in a pleasant neighborhood. The staff were wonderful in both the hotel and the restaurant. The restaurant has a big buffet twice a day -- very meat heavy and I'm vegetarian but the staff went out of their way to make sure I enjoyed a good meal. There is a lot of security in order to get in the hotel and the staff seem to make a point of knowing their guests.

Although Gulberg is one of the city's nicer neighborhoods, it is far from the places most tourists want to visit. Taxis and tuk tuks are easy to get.

This is a very pleasant hotel in a nice neighbourhood in Gulberg. My room was clean and spacious. The hotel is about a 20-minute drive from Lahore's main tourist attractions but taxis are very cheap.

The quality of the food at breakfast could be improved and it gets very hectic later in the morning. The reception staff were a little too serious for my tastes. The security staff had a sense of humour and smiled more, which I preferred.

The hotel was in prime location closer to shopping and airport. The gate and check point gave a good sense of security to us as a family. The staff was amazing especially Mr. Khurram Majid, Mr., Mutahir Syed, Ms. Sobia, Mr. Aqil, Mr., Ahmed. A big shout to housekeeping supervisor Ms. Shahnaz for effectively managing the cleanup and ensuring that rooms were made properly. Lastly, Bell boys, Bilawal and Bilal were super helpful and courteous. Breakfast had good variety and the hotel is kept cleaned and well maintained. Overall, the staff is friendly and helpful!

We had some miscommunication with airport shuttle, but all were addressed in a timely manner by their team.

The property was In a good location and being slightly away from the hustle and traffic of Lahore . The rooms were spacious and clean and very comfortable bed . Overall reception staff and cleaning staff were exceptionally kind and helpful.

Breakfast was ok . I did find it to have many dishes that are usually served in evening meals very heavy for breakfast ,therefore I presume they are left from the previous dinner buffet as to cook all these such meals in the morning would be challenging. I did find a member of staff (supervisor maybe tall guy )whom was assisting in the breakfast area to be very attentive to foreign guests . Pakistani,s were not being treated the same .🙁I also noticed that he was just quickly setting the table up for next guest without even wiping down the table , he was just dusting away the food on the table and putting out new cutlery. These small mistakes can be noticed and go a long way after a while . Cleaning, hygiene should be taken seriously in these days .
