The staff was simply amazing. My husband got food poisoning: the cleaning crew made sure the bathroom was impeccable because that was where my husband spent the bigger part of two days. Casa Andina doesn’t have room service, but someone from the reception actually went to pick up chicken soup for him from a nearby restaurant. The people from the restaurant (where they serve breakfast) were always super attentive, and the security crew always greeted us with a smile. It was simply a fantastic experience, every time we interacted with anyone.

Very lovely hotel in great location, around the corner from the main square. Friendly, welcoming doorman, coca tea & other teas available 24/7, along with oxygen tank. Clean facility, comfortable room with functional heater. Staff was wonderful, helpful and friendly. Breakfast was lovely, fresh and always replenished. Enjoyed our stay, felt like at home, location is perfect. Highly recommended.

The shower water pressure was weak and the water wasn’t that hot/warm at times. Recommend windows be cleaned upstairs in the dinning area to be able to enjoy a better view of the Plaza de Armas.

The service (especially by the manager I believe Jose) was fantastic and the views were amazing! Be sure to go to stop the rooftop for views.

The location was great for the views but unfortunately because of the stairs to get to the lobby and no elevators, the added altitude made it hard on my mom given her age. Also the street is really small so be aware that if you have tours planned it’s likely they will not pick up or drop off right up front so you will to allocate time to walk to meet somewhere but again the elevation to walk to/from hotel can be hard if you have not acclimatized yet. Also the room was a bit on the smaller side but seems it’s common in the area.

Maybe too many rules .. we asked for extra pillow and towels and they told us they were not available . Also we wanted to take some breakfast before our trip to Machu Picchu but they said the box from breakfast it was a certain time ( after we left) and we couldn’t take breakfast before that time .

It takes some time to get hot water under the shower.

The location is perfect. The property was clean. Breakfast is on the top floor with a view of the cathedral! The entire staff was awesome but in particular Wilder and Kati - my iPhone died while at the property and they were patient with me and made an extra effort to allow me to install software on the business center computer and monopolize it for hours in order to rebuild my phone.

The shower water pressure was lower than our other Casa Andina stays around Peru. Not really the hotel’s problem but people getting up before dawn for tours were loud and their voices echoed down the halls (bring earplugs), perhaps a mention during checkin about courtesy would resonate with at least some of the guests.

The hotel is very clean and the rooms are comfortable and quiet.

We had an inconvenient with our travel plans and wanted to cancel one night. We talked with the staff at the reception and we were not able to cancel that one night or even change the date. Everything else was excellent.

exceptional hotel very friendly staff..always smiling and trying to see how they can help more. high standards great breakfast. When they knew that we were leaving very early, they had a bag of breakfast ready for us.

Wonderful location, great staff, and excellent amenities. It is one of the best places to stay in Cusco.

Not much, maybe move checkout to a bit later for those taking later flights. But I am being nitpicky, as the place and people are both great.

The breakfast was excellent. The location was excellent!

I guess will be a wish but might be a city problem Having to dispose the tissue paper in the trashcan rather than thru the toilet and flush it out !
