Good practice for incatrail uphill :-) Good breakfast with eggs and fresh orange juice. Hot water and Coca tea throughout the day. Bath with hot water. Possibility of luggage storage during Inca trail.

The rooms are cold - no heater

We had a great experience at this hostel in Cusco. They were incredibly accommodating, allowing us to check in in the middle of the night after our flight was delayed. The room was comfortable and offered a nice view of the city, which made our stay even more enjoyable. It's just a 10-minute downhill walk to Plaza del Armas, making it super convenient to explore. They also held our luggage for us while we went on excursions, which was a huge help. Plus, the breakfast was made fresh on a lovely terrace, adding a nice touch to our mornings. I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting!

One thing I would appreciate is if they had oxygen tanks available for guests experiencing altitude sickness, though they did provide coca leaves and tea, which helped.

We stayed in the family ran hostel for 4 nights and we couldn’t wish for better place to stay. The hosts were amazing, helpful and friendly. They were Very attentive from the first minute of our stay, trying to accommodate all our requests. They sorted out for us the laundry and got us a bery cheap taxi to the bus station. As well we could leave our luggage there after checking out. Room was very clean. During the nights it can get a bit cold but there are additional blankets provided. Very good breakfast and the great thing is that there is available tea 24 h.

- bathroom was a bit smelly - I got an allergic reaction and had to sneeze and a running nose while I was in the room. - the window was a bit difficult to open due to the curtain rod which is blocking the window - the wall to the bathroom needs a renovation - payment couldnt be done through credit card in advance

Pleasant stay close to the city centre. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We were allowed to check out one hour later. The view from the hotel is incredible

We had some issues with flush in the bathroom. Also, toiletries (shampoo/shower gel) were not provided. For the breakfast, it would be great to have some more diversity like fruit or vegetables. Hotel is located uphill from the city centre which might be challenging for walking up at the altitude

The view was wonderful! We were amazed since we arrived to the hostel. We got two rooms on the top floor. One of the rooms had the amazing view of the whole city. The hostel is ran by a family, and the owner is super friendly. He helped several times with transportation. He picked up us at the airport which was very convenient. He helped us find a restaurant very local, owned by another family and not on the main spots of tourists. We had a small accident in one of the rooms, where my mother felt and broke a glass of a furniture. We were afraid that it would cost us a lot for the accident but the owner was very concerned and fair on the costs. Either families or backpackers would enjoy the hostel. There was another family staying at the same time. And a few backpackers. All of the guests were also very friendly. We really enjoyed the accommodations and hope to get back there one day again. For any friends that would go to Cusco, we would recommend this place.

One of the shower rooms had a smell if the shower place was dry. I guess it came from the shower drain. We only notice on the second night. But after shower the smell was gone. The water pressure was unstable. The lady explained that they were having some water problems on the rooms below so sometimes they needed to switch if off. But once we talked to her, she would just leave it open so we could shower.

Wow increible! First time for me om a hostel but it was more like a litle cozy hotell. Very kind People and helpfull people. I was there over new years and all were so Nice and wished happy new year and Mamita gave me a hug :). Plus the iwn bathroom in The room. Small room but nothing I didnt expect. And they also served breakfast in The price amazing for the price. And it was bread egg queso jamon yoghurt Coffee etc :) really Nice Coffee to actually👍💯💫 and so Easy to walk down to la plaza from the stairs beside👍

What a find! Great value for money, hot shower with great pressure, delightful people, clean and plentiful linen, warm and comfortable beds and a good simple breakfast. Clean, pretty and well kept common areas with lovely plants. They also offer a laundry service. Absolutely just what we needed and wanted after a big hike. Also well positioned to explore around town. Honestly, one of the best hostels we’ve stayed in worldwide.

A cosy little hotel with a beautiful view of the city lights and in close proximity to the old town and the main square. It is also beautiful inside with cozy spaces to relax with a cup of tea and a book.

Would love to be able to use the kitchen freely. As is, it seems more of the hotel style. We had to ask to use the kettle to make our own coffee (with permission granted), but for a longer stay I'd look for a place where I can cook.

The view from the balcony and the dining room are amazing, the shared space are clean and well decorated. The beds are confortable and the water is hot ! The staff has been really accommodating and lovely with us. The hostel propose also a laundry service that is cheap. I strongly recommend this Hostal. Thank you very much !!
