Great option to stay in Cusco. It is located at San Blas, which is a nice place to stay, since is near to the main spots, but far enough from the crowds. The charming streets and quite place completes the scenario. The hotel itself is very nice. The staff is always ready to help, very friendly. The room is big, clean and confortable. The breakfast has quality, not so many options, but delicious things. The hotel offers coffee, tea and water for the guests at any time of the day. I really recommend this hotel.

The view from our room was absolutely incredible! And once we were settled in the correct room we were very comfortable! Breakfast was exceptional and the location was perfect - within easy walking distance of the main square and lots of great restaurants! We would definitely stay again.

I had requested 2 beds in our room and instead we were given a room with a small double bed and initially charged the more expensive rate for the room. Staff were unwilling to provide a refund for the difference between the two rooms or provide anything extra for the inconvenience of having to share a bed and having a poor sleep our first night in Cusco. Eventually, we were able to negotiate a refund of the difference, but nothing extra.

The staff was very helpful. The breakfast was overall very good and the restaurant had a great view of the city. 24/7 tea and hot water at the restaurant was definitively a plus. The bed was very comfortable and the sheets warm.

The hotel was close to Plaza de Armas, but the 10-min walk uphill from the center at 3000m above sea level was challenging at times. The WiFi was included but wasn’t great in our room. One night I had to go to the reception to be able to use the internet because it wasn’t working at all in our room. It can get really cold at night, but the hotel provides space heaters.

10/10 accommodation, from the first welcome until the chosen room, everything as portrayed in the pictures. Helpful and -always ready- staff, reception, breakfast and room service as kind and prepared as you can only imagine. The beds are extremely comfortable, room as spacious and well equipped and cleaned bathrooms (the ones you need after the long excursions). The price overall was fair, including the nicest breakfast on the amazing top floor with a view over the rooftops of Cusco (and literally, walking distance from any spot). Congratulations, you made the experience truly wonderful .

The view was impeccable! The room was cute and quaint and we didn’t ever want to leave! Breakfast looked like it would be amazing, but we were off to the airport early in the morning. They had the cutest outside courtyard with comfy chairs and couches to relax on! It was just what we wanted!

We got home late one night and the restaurant was out of most of their food. We ended up going right around the corner to a another restaurant so it worked out but we were hoping to chill at the hotel. There is also no elevators and we were on the 4th floor but thankfully they had someone bring our bags up for us!

What a great place to stay in Cusco, it’s a little uphill so be prepared. However, the rooms are quite large, clean and the beds are very comfortable. They offer a very good breakfast which is perfect start of the day in Cusco or one of your hikes. The personnel is really friendly. And the rooms and bathroom are really clean. Hotel location provides a nice view over the city Cusco

It could be a little noisy on the streets in front of the hotel. Laundry in the hotel is expensive, it’s easy though better use one of the cleaners in the city

Room with a breathtaking view. We really liked the neighborhood and the hotel. Staff was really friendly, and even gave us take away breakfast on the last day when we had to leave early Breakfast was incredible, with a big buffet and freshly cooked eggs/omelet.

We were forced to pay in dollars : if we wanted to pay in local currency, the exchange rate was "chosen"by the hotel and really not favorable for us (+40 usd on total bill). All costs in hotel were only mentionned in dollars, so I really felt trapped in a touristic hotel, where i was only here to give my dollars - at expensive price.

Staff was very attentive, everything was very clean. The location of the hotel requires you to walk with suitcases since a taxi cannot fit into the street given that it’s too small. It was not a deal breaker for us since we only had carry ons but older couples with larger suitcases be mindful of this. Also, let the taxi driver know to drop you off the closest possible, we were dropped off much further down. Overall amazing, the best part was the hotel view of course!

Authentic Cusco building but with modern amenities. The breakfast in the breakfast room was terrific with a stunning view of the city. The staff was cordial and on top of things. Fiorella was particularly helpful with arranging taxis for us and information about Cusco. They let us let our bags while we went to Machu Picchu and had them in our room when we checked back in. We highly recommend.

The hotel is in the hills overlooking old town Cusco, so the view is great but it is a climb to get there from the plaza. For those not used to the altitude it can be draining. The street that the hotel is on is an old cobblestone road that wasn’t made for modern cars. Your taxi will stop at the end of the street and you walk to the hotel, but the taxi drivers are used to this as all the others hotels on this street are in the same situation and the drivers carry your luggage to the hotel. All in all this is a minor issue and part of the Cusco experience!

Stunning view from the bed. Try to get the room with a view, it is breathtaking to look above Cusco. San Blas is definitely the best location to stay in Cusco! We loved it! Breakfast is very fresh and delicious. At night the even snugged a hot-water bottle under our blankets. Nice suprise. Very clean and cozy Hotel. We loved our stay!

When we came a bit later for breakfast there were many people and everything was empty- at some point there were not even cups for a tea and no avocados and juice the second and third day. You should get better and faster to refill. Apart that it was perfect!
