Love everything of this hotel! Location, staff, bedrooms, service, tidiness, basically everything. Would stay here again. One of the girls in the reception was absolutely a gem she borrowed me her phone to call the airline to sort out our flights and it took me a long time to do so. She was a legend , can’t remember her name but had a long long hair. Thank you !!

Love everything

After a very very long day visiting Machu Picchu I was late to check in and the staff were very helpful and accommodating, even bringing me a hot flask of water and tea. They were attentive and always asking if I needed anything and were ever so willing to help.

The staff was very friendly! From the front desk to the kitchen. Rooms were clean and it was a lovely stay in the San Blas area. Close to the historic district but a short walk away to get out of the chaos and closer to botique shops, cafes and restaurants.

Every hotel in the Cusco area I stayed in was loud and this one is no different (I stayed in 4 different hotels passing in and out of Cusco). You can hear voices, people checking in and out, leaving early in the morning for tours - but this was common in all the places I stayed. Might be good to bring ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper.

Everything about our stay was amazing! Firstly the staff, the most friendly and helpful people. We struggled with our Spanish and they were so gracious and spoke English to help us understand. The rooms were so clean and the beds were amazingly comfortable, especially after a long flight.

The only small issue was I couldn’t work out the hot water tap and had a cold shower the first night. That’s on me. However I was aware that water temperature can be unpredictable and just rolled with it. I was too tired to care.

The property is in a really gorgeous part of Cusco, with lots of little restaurants, cafes and craft type shops nearby. The staff were very friendly. The breakfast was an unexpected bonus. I loved the signature 'throws' on the beds and on the sofas in the foyer: very bright, warm and colourful.

I found my room quite noisy. I was on the ground floor and people had to pass my door to get to the other rooms. This didn't bother me, but might annoy someone else.

Belen, Mari and her team of exceptionally adept and caring staff have made my stay truly wonderful. One the very first day I had eaten a massive curry and gotten quite sick from that and from adjusting to the altitude, Belen and Mari were so exceptionally kind and made sure that I had what I needed. This offered a lot of comfort for a solo traveller like myself. And I am in awe with the effort and dedication Belen and Mari put into caring for every guest who come through their door. My room was so cozy with a massive king sized bed. Depending on room availability and reasonable additional costs, Belen is flexible in accommodating my request for a late check out and to extend my stay as I had a night bus to catch the same day as my check out.

We loved the location; a local guide described San Blas as the hipster area of Cusco and there were so many good bars and restaurants nearby with the main square just a five minute walk. The staff were so friendly, kind and accommodating. The room was lovely, albeit a little small, especially with two suitcases. We also loved the central courtyard and general setting.

There was music (both pan pipes and jazz covers) playing all day long and this was wearisome, especially if you wanted a midday nap. There was sometimes a strong smell of faeces in the central courtyard.

The staff were so absolutely lovely and very accommodating. The location was also very good.

The hot water. I had to ask a few times about the hot water. I’d leave the water running for 10-15minutes or more and it wouldn’t get hot. The girls at reception would always try to help, however, the hot water definitely needs an upgrade :(

Great vibe! A very welcoming feeling upon arrival. This is a great boutique hotel, perfect location. Bright and colorful. It was our first time in Cusco, and I cannot say enough kind things about the staff, so knowledgeable and helpful. I am an English speaker and there were no communication issues at all. The lady who prepared breakfast had a great sense of humor and taught us many native phrases “Anyang” = “Gacias” for your hospitality.

I only have great things to say about this hotel.

The place was super cute, and had all of the amenities. The location was also superb as it is located in San Blas (the artsy neighborhood) and only a 10 min walk from Plaza de Armas. The water was hot. The bed was comfortable. The space was clean and vibey. The staff was amazing. I stayed in a few different places while I was in Cuzco, and Mistico San Blas was the best for the price without a doubt. 10/10!
