We actually spent nine days total at this hotel as we arrived a few days prior to our group for a weeklong tour. The tour company had chosen this property for our family group of eighteen and we were all so happy with these accommodations. Centrally located, just a few minutes from the San Pedro market and less than ten minutes from Plaza de Armas. Our first evening we enjoyed a light meal at the hotel's restaurant, their homemade chicken soup was delicious and perfect while we were adjusting to the higher altitude. Breakfast was really good as well, made to order eggs, fresh fruit and juices, home made baked goods, and other items that changed daily. Our rooms varied in size, but overall, enough space, some even had robes and slippers, comfortable beds, reliable hot showers. The house keeping staff did a wonderful job keeping rooms clean and stocked with plenty of towels and toiletries. The best part of our stay were the incredible, amazing staff in all areas, but especially at the front desk and the porters. Upon check in they were very acommodating with my parents who needed an easy access, no stairs room. On our third day there my mom was showing symptoms of altitude sickness and the staff called a doctor to come over to her room, and also providing a wheel chair for her to use. Throughout our stay, the porters were always so helpful with our parents when entering or leaving the hotel, including getting in and out of taxis. All of the staff were kind, friendly and professional, always a smile on their faces!

The hotel is located in a good spot on a quite street about a 10 to 15 min walk from the main square and it's a nice walk not too steep at all lol. When I arrived I was greated and my bags collected and taken inside. I was sat in the lounge area and given a cup of tea and the check inn was taken care of for me. My bags where taken to my room and everything explained in detail. The room was very spacious with a delcious king bed and balcony with a beautiful bathroom and huge walk in shower. I slept amazing and the continental breakfast was delcious ...!!!! A great selection of food The Internet is great and I was able to leave my bags after check out for the day and use the hotel facilities if needed. Reception arranged a taxi to the airport and it was all very easy and taken care of. Thank you to all the wonderful staff.

Location and service was great. The staff was ver inviting and helpful. 5 minute walk to train/bus station. Short walk to Plaza and restaurants and shopping. Food was good. Had breakfast there. They also provided shuttle service from airport and arranged taxi back to airport. Massage in hotel was awesome. Room was well equipped and clean. Recleaned when asked. Warm water.

Windows from my room opened to courtyard/dining room so it was sometimes noisy. Orherwise quiet. However better than hearing traffic noise and barking dogs,etc.

From start to finish this hotel was fantastic. A big shout out to Marcelo who made our stay exceptional and nothing was to much trouble. He went to a great effort as well to arrange a lovely birthday cake for my daughter. A big big thank you. We will return and tell all our friends about your lovely hotel

Loved everything. So clean as well

Lovely colonial building, converted into a lovely hotel. Helpful staff, who prepped a breakfast bag when we had an early start and looked after our bags after check-out. Decent location, close to the historical centre of Cusco!

All was good.

The hotel surpassed expectations! When we saw 4 stars, we thought it will not be that nice...but it was awesome. The rooms were clean, huge and comfortable. The mattresses were firm. The bathroom was marble and luxurious. We loved getting cocoa tea as we arrived. Even the breakfast was plentiful and delicious. I highly recommend!

Not a single thing.

The location was great- right in the center of the city, but far enough away from the main square to be quiet at night. The hotel itself was lovely, especially if you ask for a room with a window. The staff was super helpful and friendly, and we loved the free breakfasts in the morning.

The bathroom was on the smaller side, with pretty weak water pressure.

Beautifully decorated place especially the lobby area, very friendly and welcoming staff, big room with clean linen and towels, good location, nice breakfast and overall excellent experience.

A little pricey for Cusco but worth it!

The property was great - a good location and walking distance to many of the key sights. Good access to restaurants. Our room was spacious with great bathroom and an excellent shower!

The suit is great! Room is big and clean , the staff is nice and helpful, we have a tour at 6am, they help us to pack a to go breakfast. The location is great, just 5mins away from San Pedro train station.
