The room was a nicely sized, clean and comfortable. The blackout drapes really worked: with the drapes closed, the room was very dark (with no annoying LED light lighting up the room when all the lights were otherwise turned off). The water bottles were replaced as needed. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location had pluses and minuses. On the plus side, the location was safe and quiet (Lima can be a VERY noisy city) and there were plenty of excellent restaurant choices. The negative was that it was not within walking distance of the essential tourist destinations in Lima.

I have no major complaints. The pool and fitness center were a bit small. The breakfast was good, but not any better than that.

The front desk staff was confused about payment. I paid my total bill upon areival to include early check in. The front desk guy charged me again for early check out so I had to confront that issue to get my money back. They also tried to charge me again for the entire stay after I'd already check out

The location in Miraflores is perfect, with shops, supermarkets, restaurants and bars within walking distance. The room was modern and a good size, with a super comfortable double bed and black out blinds.

There was no kettle in the room, just a coffee maker, which made getting hot water for tea a little more challenging than it should be. Also a little more storage space in the bathroom would have been nice.

Cleaning service, good wifi, hot water and strong water pressure (not matter of course in Peru). Very helpful staff.

The shower head cannot be held in the hand (and there were no bidets). The staff should remove breakfast dishes from the table just when guests finish and leave the table, not earlier, sometimes you want to still use it.

This hotel is super cool I really enjoyed my stay. The staff were amazingly friendly and helpful, the room was lovely and the facilities were fantastic. The location (Miraflores) is wonderful for walking around, shopping, and finding places to eat. I will definitely stay there again!

The best hotel I stayed in Lima ever. Location is great. Walking distance to many great restaurant.

Staffs are helpful and wonderful. Room is spacious and modern set up. Bed is very comfortable. Home away from home. This hotel will be my go to in Lima.

It was very modern like pretty much all aloft hotels and very affordable for how nice the decor was. The pool was also amazing

The drinks at the bar was pretty expensive which kind of sucked considering how affordable the rooms were

Great location in the heart of Miraflores. Close to restaurants, and a few blocks away from Larcomar and sea front. Modern room with good bathroom. Small but decent gym.

Has a desk to Work

The desk chair, the Chrome cast was difficult to settle up, I tried several times until eventually work it out (same story the rest of the days)

Almost everything, facilities, room arrangement and atmosphere are great too, staffs are nice.

Breakfast choice is a little below expectation, not bad but it's kind of drawback point. Also breakfast room is quite small.
