The buffet breakfast was absolutely wonderful. Many selections and certainly wide and varied. The hotel is in a relatively quiet neighbourhood but shockingly a very short 7 minute walk to where all of the action is in the Miraflores town square where you will witness a bustling city centre with moden buildings and clean environment. There are many restaurants around and lots of shopping options available in close proximity. The hotel is clean. The staff are friendly and nice. Maria especially was absolutely lovely. Even though Peru is a spanish speaking country, I still found the staff at Mercure understood and spoke English very well.

Nice comfortable hotel in Miraflores, less than 10 minutes walk from Larco Mar. Reception helpful, including putting our bags in Left Luggage, and arranging a taxi to take us to the airport

Breakfast was slightly let down by the coffee machine not working. And we only spotted the breads/jams when we left as they were laid out on the bar area round the corner

If not included , the breakfast is very expensive (65 Soles!!) for what you get. Not many healthy options or veggie You get only 1 welcome water for a 2 adult room😂

Loved the breakfast,the location,the room ,the comfortable bed. In fact everything about it.The professionalism of the staff.

No complaints at all. There were a couple of functions at the weekend and obviously it was a bit noisy in the central courtyard.Other than that all was excellent.

Really welcoming. Hotel was very modern and clean. Near all sorts of great Miraflores cafes and restaurants. Easy walk to the water. Nice lobby where you can work on your computer. Arranged cab back to airport that was very helpful.

Not all front desk staff were equal. Got vague and uninformed answered from some people and super helpful suggestions and help from others. I chose Mercure because it was an international brand. I did this specifically because I thought the language fluency would be less of a factor for me. Lima is a place with many safety concerns these days and I didn't feel confident that I was always being given spot on advice.

Everything. Clean, super shower, bed very comfortable. The staff were really nice and helpful with everything. They arrange your tour and pick up at the hotel. The restaurant of the hotel is also very good.

I came here to rest and take a break from my usual style of travel which is backpacking as I was was very sick. The hotel staff was extremely accommodating and helped me with whatever I needed. I even ended up extending my stay. Plus, the bed was one of the most comfortable ones I’ve ever slept in! Highly recommend this hotel.

Great location, walking distance to plenty of bars and also quite safe at night

The sink of the rooms isn’t working properly and water always flood out The rooms are quite humid

The rooms were large and the bed was comfortable. Great wifi and enough English language channels.

The towels were very thin. A bit of noise from the courtyard when I arrived around 11 pm so I couldn't get to sleep immediately.
