Very clean and nice compact room with good bed, pillows and linen. Good shower. Cleaning staff is doing great job. Another side of the street is great fish restaurant Punta Azul and good indian restaurant and minimarketd on the next block.

Wifi is poor, unreliable. It’s strange cause in 7 other my hotels in Peru were better even they were not so nice. Hotels restaurant staff is not professional. They let me sit there 15 minutes (!) without any contact. I can understand they were busy (even I was the only customer long time then) but still they should say something. But there is very professional restaurant on the other side of the street, no problem.

+ one of the best features of this hotel is the excellent sound isolation - rooms are often not facing the street and have good isolation, so it's absolutely peaceful, something that is truly extraordinary for a hotel in many places in Latin America with this price category + comfortable beds + good cleanliness level + fair price + WiFi working fine, although it could be faster + excellent location within a safe area in Miraflores and within 10 min walking distance to Larcomar/seaside

- the aircondition in my room had a musty smell this time unfortunately - no hairdryer - no complementary water bottle provided and very expensive price of water bottle at reception (small bottle of 300 ml cost approx 2.50 USD, which is 9x as much as supermarket within 1 min walk)

The room is super small, great if you are just arriving to sleep. The hotel itself is small so breakfast is super busy and is difficultu to find a seat. The wifi is terrible, it works intermittently and you need to sign up every 2 hours. The room does not include roomservice so if you ask for something you should go down and pick it up (blankets, water, iron, etc). The price is good for the location but the service is very cheap.

The bed was comfortable. The front desk provided a kettle and hair dryer upon request. The hotel is overall clean and just a 10-minute walk from the larcomar main shopping center. The staff is efficient and helpful.

I booked a 3 pax room for the two of us. The third bed was above the twin bed. The bed for two people was extremely small, so don't expect that two people can fit on it. Something went wrong with the booking.com, it showed breakfast at my end but not at the hotel's end. I was too tired to sort this out.

+ most of the staff was friendly/polite + very quiet and well-insulated rooms when facing into the courtyard (something rare in Peru) + very comfortable beds - I had my best sleep in Peru here + WiFi working reliably and fast + safe area, close to many restaurants, supermarkets and the seaside (safe to walk around)

Mostly minor issues: - open/visible shower, not recommended for friends (only solo travelers or couples) - some leakage problems in the shower, such that the floor in the room got a bit flooded +/- price is not exactly cheap, but reasonable

Breakfast variety accommodate both vegetarian and meat eaters. There is a hotel restaurant with a small menu that’s open until 10pm. The staff was exceptional 😊👍🏼👏🏼 The housekeep staff was exceptional. We all left a tip Front desk exceptionally helpful with local restaurant suggestions and tour which will pickup in front of the hotel- dune buggy desert tour excellence. Also hotel assisted with getting a cab Restaurants: sea food across from hotel, chicken food one block, Sasha’s one block with roof top bar, although walls block city view, also stone pizza oven- reservation needed, Isolina, Peruvian in Barranco

Awesome location, few steps away from great restaurants, one block from tourist info and Main Street. I felt safe as a solo female. Helpful staff and I even got a breakfast box when I checked out before brekkie time.

Only a minor inconvenience was that their water dispenser is on 6th floor and if you’re not staying at that floor, you always have to go to reception so they’ll let you there. But this was not too big deal.

Great service and comfortable place! Staff were very good at English and helped us several times. It was very easy to change rooms and they also gave us a late checkout on departure date. Nice small room with a comfy bed, towels and shampoo.

There is a water dispenser for free refill, but only on the 6th floor, which you can’t access without living there. The staff were very nice to help us get access to 6th floor for free water refills though.

I only had breakfast in the hotel a couple of times during our stay, but it was very good - huge choice, beautifully presented, very tasty! Loved the cleanliness, daily room service (though I feel it's not necessary to have fresh towels daily, and would be better environmentally if they were not changed every day). Excellent air conditioning, very necessary! Good range of charging points in room. All staff were friendly and helpful. The little budget 'meal of the day' with a drink was excellent value, and very good.

Bed was extremely comfortable! Room was a decent size for one and very clean.

The front desk staff gave me a hard time about checking in early, and tried to make me pay for a second night, even after I showed them my messages from the hotel saying it was only an extra $31. Then they still made me wait for a room for an hour. It was not the best way to start a holiday after being on an airplane for 8 hours.
