The location is good. The beds are huge and comfortable. Good value for the money.

The ventilation system seems to be automatic. We couldn't change the temperature and it was quite cold. The TV system is quite complicated. The staff from the restaurant was quite slow. It is true it was an event and the restaurant. However, the food is good and the prices are not very high. The view from the lower stories is not the best.

Room was big and clean. The restaurant and bar were excellent. Great food. The staff were great. Omar the Doorman was " the fixer" and knew how to get you what you needed...very helpful.

The only criticism I have is that you had to pay for bottled water. That is a bit absurd considering you can't drink the tap water. They also charged for the in-room coffee. Honestly, just add 5 bucks to the nightly rate and include the water and coffee. For me, that kind of stuff is what sticks with me. Too bad.

The lovely gentleman at the reception alone made my stay great. He arranged a very early check in and he gave away UK > Peru electricity outlet converter. He also gave slippers when I asked for them. Also I liked the safe in the room was as big to have a mac in it.

Although water pressure and hot water availability was great, it was difficult to adjust a nice temp. It was either too hot or too cold. Meanwhile, the bathroom floor was inevitably wet after every shower, making it difficult to use toilet without making your feet wet.

Only one pillow per person. Mattress a tad too soft. An extra pillow to read in bed wouldn’t hurt. No help from staff with suitcases even when they saw us struggling. No salt available easily to guests in breakfast room. Sauna always off and cold. No humid sauna, just a dry one. Small gym with only two old mats but enough for me.

Both outside security and the front desk that work nights at this location are absolutely fabulous. They were kind, helpful, efficient, and thoughtful. They had better service than the JW Marriott! They even packed us a light breakfast when we had an early morning the next day. I loved the 3 bed for 3 people in a room. The rooms were SO spacious (again more than the JW). They had hot water, air conditioning, a desk, good location. Would 10/10 stay here again.

The taxi service pricing from the airport was $25 USD to pick us up and take us to the hotel but 90 soles to drop us off. I wish they had consistency given the driver partnered with the hotel.

I kindly asked the man in reception to please change my room from a King Size to a double room and I noticed him bothered and told me he had no more rooms, then I checked on booking and yes there were 2 more rooms available, so this man in reception lied about not having another room for me. I also saw him not helping a guest over the phone with his reservation lying he was not able to. A shame this man acting personally with guests.

this is my fifth time that I stay in Dazzler location is great Antonio that works in the front Desk great guy No more complementary drinks , coffe machine in your room no coffe or cups or sugar , Breakfast is not what it just to be who serve soup for breakfast?? I’ll go back because I’ll fell safe and the location is great I did not get my points this time I stay for 8 nights I send a e mail to Wyndham rewards to see the reason one month ago a stil no answer

Breakfast is first rated. The breakfast itself pays off your hotel cost! Ample sized room with very comfortable beds and linens. cleanness was at least 9 out of 10. Stuffs were also first rated. We asked for earlier breakfast boxes for early flights. They arranged it right away and we picked them up 5am in the morning. I simply wished they provide some free water and teas in the lobby. But I would say the outstanding breakfast offsets that. We booked this hotel because we saw some on-line articles saying that "I cannot recommend this Dazzler hotel enough." I would think it basically met that level. There was a street market right on the corner of the hotel, very convenient. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to my friends and all travers who read this review.

Could provide some free drinking water or/and tea. We stayed another same level hotel in Cusco and we got 24 hr self-service hot water and teas. Other than that, I would simply praise everything from the hotel.

Sarcastic, non professional and lying reception man. Obviously, this man acts personally on guests. He lied not having a room for me where I can see that booking had 2 rooms available. When I told him, he sarcastically invited me to complain on booking, so here I am complaining, this man was the only bad thing about my stay.
