Complimentary breakfast bar was very good there was a variety to chose from for a buffet style breakfast. Everything was fresh, juice, eggs, breads, coffee, fruits and protein. We had a corner room with a jacuzzi tub. A stunning view of downtown and the view of the beach in the distance was hazy due to over cast. The room was clean. We return from our trip to Michu Picchu to a Welcome back cheese cake awaiting. We spoke no Spanish and the made us feel comfortable, very friendly and courteous.

Only two elevators and there was a toy conference the weekend we arrive. So there were lots of long waits and delays which is understandable. I guess you can check to see if there's an event happening and schedule your stay a different time. It wasn't to bad we visited.

Bed was very comfy, room was spacious and had a fridge. The staff were very accommodating.

Had to pay $75US for an early check in, which is ridiculous. Also, beware that the Wi-Fi is VERY SLOW at busy times such as the evening hours. Our movies we were playing from our laptop kept stalling many nights. This was extremely frustrating. Also, the breakfast was only passable. The fruit juice was consistently watered down and the rest of the food was not that appealing. Lots of choice, but not great quality overall. Would not stay here again.

The location of the hotel is excellent right in the centre of Miraflores. There is a very good selection of restaurants and shops nearby. You can walk to Kenndy Park and the Larcomar Shopping Centre on the seafront. A superb buffet breakfast is served daily in the hotel top floor restaurant with panoramic views of Lima and the sea. We had a spacious superior double room complete with air con, en-suite, and a panoramic view of the city. Very clean and comfortable. Very friendly and helpful staff. The complementary taxi pickup from the airport was an added bonus, and we also enjoyed a free complementary drink in the top floor bar on arrival. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay at Hotel Estelar again.

Our room was amazing! It was a huge corner suite with wrap- around windows that looked out over the city. The bathroom was the size of some hotel rooms. It had a large spa bath, a separate shower, and a full sauna! It was very cool having our own sauna. The complimentary breakfast was excellent quality with a lot of choice. Staff were helpful and friendly.

It would be good to have a kettle in the room as there was no coffee/tea station at the hotel. You could get complimentary coffee and tea at breakfast but there was no way to make a hot drink at any other time.

Good location near local restaurants and not to far to walk to the Miraflores Ocean front, where there is a shopping centre and the Paddington Bear statue Well stocked mini bar and a good breakfast choice is available in the hotel restaurant on the 21st floor The redemption staff were very efficient to organise taxis and out airport transfer.

Lack of hot drink making facilities in the room, but everything else was very comfortable in the room for a short two night stay.

All the staff were extremely pleasant and cheerful. The standard of service in the restaurant is above and beyond. The dinner staff more than happy to explain, unknowvn dishes and wete very kind Breakfast staff never stopped for a minute always checking you had enough The front desk concierges always smiling checking to see if we needed anything The room was really spacious with a small sitting room. The pool was lovely and the sauna too. Highly recommended

The location was great, the hotel is located in a big avenue and there is a short walk to the ocean. The restaurant was amazing as well as the staff in it, and the breakfast was also very nice. Very comfortable beds!

The facilities in the hotel were a bit old, the room had a smell of humidity. Also the fact that you can't open any windows might affect the strange smell.

We were welcomed by the receptionist Diego who was professional when we arrived at the hotel. We received free welcome drinks and free bottled water in our room as well. Our room at the 18th floor was spacious and good enough for 3 of us. Good buffet breakfast at the 21st floor's rooftop restaurant was included in the hotel fee and the night view from there was amazing!

Two elevators were out of service during our stay which was a big safety issue. (I noticed that many people reported regarding elevators.) No in-room coffee/tea by an electric pot for a 4-star hotel.

It’s ok. 2 elevators proved to be a challenge sometimes. The breakfast was good. Wish there are other choices. Same same. Service at dinner is very bad. Hard to get the attention of the staff just to place order or anything. Happened 3 times and I gave up going there. The food is decent not over the top for the money. Location is good.
