This was the best run hotel of the group during our 20 day stay in Peru & Bolivia. The area is safe with lots of restaurants and shopping (if you want to browse). Very close is Barranco and the Miraflores boardwalk, and central Lima is only a 30 minute cab ride away. The hotel was clean and the staff responsive.

I would upgrade the breakfast a bit. It seems like every hotel in Peru offers some kind of processed ham instead of real ham to its guests. There were some lunch entrees served for breakfast. A nice espresso machine would be welcome. It's a nice hotel and can always improve!

Well priced option in Miraflores and conveniently located to bars and restaurants. We walked from the hotel to the beach and did a circuit of Miraflores and Barranco and back in 6-7 hours including stops for coffee and meals. The room was very large and the bed was super comfortable. The fridge in the room was a nice touch also. The breakfast spread was quite nice also and they topped up the dishes throughout service to ensure freshness which was great.

Had to run the cold water in the bathroom sink throughout the duration of my shower just to get lukewarm water (hot tap turned on full without turning the cold tap on in the shower at all). Again, a common issue in Peru so didn't have a major impact on our stay.

The front desk staff were exceptional! Always very friendly and willing to assist. I took a tour out to Machu Picchu by myself and they kept in touch with me to ensure everything was going well. A special commendation to front desk receptionist Jesamine, and her staff. Wait staff in the dining room were always accommodating as well. The hotel does well because of their wonderful staff. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay!

The hotel is well located in Miraflores, and close to Barranco. The rooms are big and comfortable. Bed linen clean and good quality. The front desk staff and waiters are very friendly, attentive and helpful. Breakfast is very good.

The bathroom is not well-lit. Replacement for tea and toiletries needed to be asked.

The staff were very helpful and communicative. Our luggage was delayed by the airport and the hotel staff communicated right when it was delivered. The bed was so comfortable and the duvet was so thick. We had a balcony which had a nice breeze. The shower was extremely large which was great and had hot water (even though it took a couple minutes to heat up). It was nice to have dinner there right after we arrived from the airport, and the included breakfast was outstanding. Lima is too big and chaotic of a city for our taste, but the hotel felt like a nice comfortable safe haven.

The room was lovely, very comfortable and spacious. Just as described. Overall staff wrre polite and helpful.

Small criticism, the front desk staff were not very well informed on local activities or areas of night life. Also their limited knowledge of English was a bit challenging.

Runny eggs for breakfast, limited selection, didn’t get to use the jacuzzi in room because stopper wasn’t working and the maintenance team could only fix it while we were present. In the end, we decided that it wasn’t worth the fuss. Also, no heat only cool worked on the A/c unit.

Great location in Miraflores. The staff were very helpful and nice. The room I was given was very spacious and the breakfast was delicious with lots of variety.

Lots of noise during the night, especially over the weekend, and loud music. The WiFi was terrible. I had to ask for help at least three times until they put a router in my room.

Very attentive staff. The hotel room was comfortable, but noisy (busy avenue in front). The breakfast was marvellous.

The gym is quite old, needing a renewal.

I am hoping this remains one of the best secrets of Lima. Amazing quality in every sector of the industry
