The location in Miraflores is excellent. Walking distance to restaurants, stores and to the parks along the coast. The room is large and has all the expected facilities (e.g., safe box, coffee-tea, cold drinks).

The transfer from and to the airport didn't work. Although I have contact contact the hotel and received a positive answer of a transfer from the airport on my arrival, there was no "driver" waiting at the airport. Fortunately, the international airport in Lima has an excellent express taxi service that can be pre-paid (25% cheaper than Casa Andina's transfer). The taxi arranged at the hotel desk front for the return to the airport didn't show up either. Just go with Uber, that works fine in Lima.

I like the quality of Casa Andina hotels in general including those in Miraflores and Huancayo. This Select hotel one is run professionally and is well located. I appreciated Ryan’s prompt handling of an air conditioning problem and Johann’s help with various questions. The beds are comfortable. The bathrooms are modern. The breakfast buffet was pretty complete, included in my rat,e and was a very nicet selection with eggs, fruit, juices, breads, etc. daily. The hotel also has good security without being intrusive. The jacuzzi upstairs is more like a warm to hot small pool but is very nice, especially when sunny on the rooftop. All the staff were very helpful.

we had to ask to get heating in the room even though we got a small heating unit quickly. they should offer a free bottle of water for guests, as it is necessary to wash their teeth.

Everything was good except the attention in the restaurant. There was a lot of delays. We were seeing for quite a long time and nobody came out to offer anything.

Breakfast is good and varied. Location was perfect for my needs. Hotel is quiet, and beds are comfortable so a good sleep is easy.

Nothing all is how I expected. Casa andina have a good standard throughout the chain of hotels.

Breakfast was awesome . I needed a spare bed for my Peruvian guide friend,I got it immediately but $ 30 was charged ,which was very unusual according to the European standard.

The room was comfortable, and the breakfast is really great. Location is good for exploring Miraflores and Barranco. The staff are friendly and helpful. We used the sauna and jacuzzi - the jacuzzi took hours to warm up so book well in advance. Was great once we were in!

The staff were amazing! We returned at the end of our trip because we liked this hotel so much. Food was good, luggage storage worked well.
