The staff are all friendly. The bed is comfortable. Shower is great. WiFi is fast and stable in the room and lobby, but you will lose it in the hallways. The gym on the top (8th) floor is better than similar hotels, but not the best (around 8 lifting machines, 4 treadmills, and some dumbbells). Breakfast is decent, but you get the exact same food every single day. Depending on the number of hotel guests, some items may run out of food before you get there.

The rooms and common areas are a bit cold. Since a lot of windows are open, it's mostly the outside temperature. The A/C system has heating disabled, and we had to ask several times for them to fix it so we could heat the room. We didn't receive the free room upgrade in booking when we checked in. But at least the hotel manager attempted to make this right. When I realized the mistake near the end of our stay, we received free drinks and late checkout.

Despite having had some terrible experiene a few years back, we dedided to go back and I am glad to say we noticed marked improvement in everything, as it used to be just before the pandemia. The staff were very helpful, breakfast was excellent, room was spotlessly clean. Actually, we had dinner at the hotel on two occasions and I highly recommend their grilled octopus - out of this world! Congratulations to the management for having brought in a very capable head of reservations and many thanks to all the staff from the cleaning ladies, to front desk personnel and all the restaurant staff for making this a very pleasant stay.

The only suggestion I have is for the hotel to install safety grab bars in the bathtub and showers.

Breakfast has a large variety of fruit selection, including passion fruit (granadilla), mango, prickly pair (Tuna), orange, papaya, water melon, pine apple. It offers other standard breakfast food as well, such as bacon, saussage, scrambled egg, toast, cereal, coffe, and tea. Location was great. Many nice restaurants within walking distance, such as Osaka. Room is large enough, though a bit old, but the beds are very comfortable, and the room is very quite. Staffs are very friendly, offers all ifnormation, and make connections for calls from my pick-up service. There is also archeology site nearby (HUACA PUCLLANA), but with a child for my travel, we didn't visit that. Overall, I would stay here again if visiting LIma.

Not really anything. it is a good value for what I paid for. If the rooms are a little newer, that would be beter, but I don't really ahve complains.

Breakfast was of good quality and had a variety of choices that provided something for everyone in our group. We booked the Junior Suite with Bath which was very spacious and clean, the bed was comfortable and we enjoyed the use of the hot tub. The area is walkable, seems safe and is easily accessible using Uber to outlying areas. Staff was courteous and very helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Got a bigger room. Location was good and accessible from hood food options near by and more importantly near to the office space I needed to travel daily. They had good options for breakfast including vegetarian.

I think they have all the good facilities for the stay. As I travelled from India, it was hard for me to communicate with the staff. Only front desk staff was knowing English.

The room was surprisingly spacious, everything was clean, bed was comfortable. Ventilation in the room was good (we have stayed in other hotels where the air is a bit stuffy due to the proximity to the ocean). Location was very close to some nice / fancy restaurants in the Dasso area (10 min walk). The hotel itself is in the border between Miraflores and San Isidro, in a very residential area. Breakfast was good. It had fresh fruits and juice, which I always appreciate.

It would be nice if the elevators had some information about what you can find in each floor (e.g. it took me longer than expected to find the gym). But I am really looking for small things to improve, I would definitely come back to the hotel.

Well located. I like the overall style (lots of Philip Stark type furniture). Reasonably large room. Personnel at breakfast buffet are friendly.

Air conditioning was too slow to cool down the room (probably requires maintenance) which made it uncomfortable for a few hours until it finally approached the desired temperature. Linen was clean but did not have a fresh smell, it produced a rather damp odour. Smell or garbage in parts of the ground floor (when exiting the elevator). Need to work on the basics!

The staff were very friendly. Breakfast was great. The hotel is located in a lovely area which is walking distance from a number of restaurants. The room was very clean. They were also kind enough to give us a late checkout.

Great hotel. The only issue was the air conditioning unit, which was fixed when we asked.

The fitness room needs updating. Old machines. Many aerobic machines were out of service.
