Great location. Good breakfast. Excellent front desk staff

At check out plan for 15 to 20 min for it. They send someone to check everything in the room. They charge another guest for aunt staying in the sheets. Also during check in a women (looked like a manager) that wasn't during the proces stopped us at the elevator kind of rudely with everyone watching becaused she heard the room number from the front desk employee and it was for 2 and we were 3. She didn't know that we booked 2 rooms and the employee was just talking about the latest. I work in the hotel industry and know that's not the way to address the situation. The bathroom from 1 room only had a weird smell.

The breakfast fulfilled my expectations. No complaints about it. the hotel room was comfortable enough for business trip purposes.

Well, I forgot my swimming suit in the room and I called the next requesting the front desk to look for it, but they didn't find it and I'm absolutely sure I left it in one of the drawers.

The hotel room was clean, nice and spacious. Breakfast offered with a wide variety of food. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is just perfect for a walk around the city centre.

menu carte should be improved.. even during winter time the patio should be more inviting to guests. work on more decorative approach. Should definitely avoid taxi drivers that do not belong to the hotel outside the building because it is dangerous for the guests.. while I was waiting for my taxi Best Service is MVV luxury service. +51923526554 there was a street Taxi driver who look like a robber and insulted me for not taking his taxi. this was very annoying and There was no guard from the hotel outside to help me.

Pleasantly surprised by the hotel, the location is in a safe area and really more for business oriented travel which I was. At the corner of the hotel there is a nice bakery and restaurant that serves great food

Breakfast was kind of the same over the different days so not much variety but it’s a good breakfast basic buffet which you can expect for the price paid

We had issues with getting a rapid pcr test, and the receptionist Karina, was so helpfull, we cannot thank her enough, so sweet and serviceminded, and kind! Thank you Karina. We had an issue with the shower, but they fixed it quickly. The room was nice, so was the beds, and you could open the window for fresh air, we like that. The breakfast was also good.

There wasn't so much water pressure in the shower, and the bathroom sometimes smelled a bit of sewer.

We enjoyed our stay. The hotel has a good location to explore the city of Lima. The room was very spacious and bed was comfortable. We appreciated a shower with a lot of pressure. We had a very good breakfast. There was a lot of choice of different variety of food. The staff was very nice and we could keep our luggage at the storage after check out. Thank you for having us.

At the moment of payment, they didn't have small change in US Dollars. Therefore, it's advisable to pay with Credit Cards or in Peruvian Soles.
