We reserved a room with river view, but we arrived in the dark and left early the next morning in the dark, so it wasn't of value to us. It could have been nice. Figure out your time frame before you pay extra for a view room. Breakfast (included) begins at 5 am, which works perfectly if you are on the first busses to Machu Pichu. The restaurant next door Machu Pisco was very good. Close to train station and to the bus stop up to Machu Picchu

Had a great stay! Room was clean, bed was very comfortable, shower was nice. The view was beautiful!!! They kept my bag after I checked out for the day free of charge so I could enjoy the town without having to carry everything everywhere

I wish there was a screen on the window to keep the mosquitoes out. I would have loved to have slept with the window open to hear the water. It would have been nice to not be right across from the elevator, but it wasn't really that noisy so it wasn't too bad to be there

A great hotel with a great location in Machu Picchu Pueblo. It was a great experience. We were able to get a superior room with a very small price difference. Also, we had free tea at the reception. The room was perfect, with comfy beds and a great hot shower. Would definitively recommend.

The breakfast could be better.

The location is really good. A few minutes walk from the train as it is situated right on the train line. We reserved 2 rooms, one with a river view which was nice - no noise from the train at all. The other was facing the tracks on the 5th floor. Noise from the train could be heard, but not enough to interrupt sleep. Reception staff were very helpful as we needed to print off documents, use the computer, do laundry and store luggage - all our requests were handled well. It is a very short walk to both the train station as well as the departure point of the coaches to Machu Picchu.

The breakfast wasn't great at all (we ate at 7am). Cold scrambled eggs, lukewarm coffee and what tasted like watered-down fruit juice. The town however has an abundance of restaurants offering breakfast - so alternatives were easy to find.

Very nice location, close to the train stop, train departure as well as to the bus stop to Machu Picchu. All restaurants at less than 1 to 5 min walk. Good hotel to spend a night before going to Machu Pichu

The room was a bit to warm at night. No airco only a ceiling fan, and with mosquitoes and proximity of train track (literally at 2 meters from the room window), hence not possible to open the window.

Clean, great location, views, and solid breakfast with lots of options. They offer great service. I forgot some medicine they placed in a fridge for me and was already heading back to Cusco. A staff member, Rocio, was able to get it to my hotel in Cusco the very next day!

The hotel was within walking distance to the train station and they kindly kept our luggage until we could check into our room. Our room overlooked the fast flowing river which was amazing . The breakfast was great and the room overlooked the river as well. Staff were very friendly and helpful!

Breakfast can have some more choices eggs are cold

If they cannot provide quiet rooms please inform customers as we did not expect to hear train noises three x a night. May be Booking do a better job to put it a choice to pick quiet rooms so we are both informed on both ends

Breakfast was great, our room was a triple room, and it was cozy and comfortable. The location was great, we arrived in the train, and it was right in front of the station. There are a lot of restaurants near the hotel, and the bus station to Machu Picchu is a two-minute walk. The hotel is beside the river, so it has a great view.

The room didn't have AC or heater, we didn't need it in our stay because of the weather, but I think it is definitely something to have in mind.

Riverside room with epic view. Small town so everything is central. This is pretty much central but a little on the edge which is actually kind of nice. Breakfast buffet is pretty good. Staff was super friendly.

The floors in my room were not clean as I felt more comfortable keeping on my outdoor shoes. Also, there wasn't an enforcing of masks going on. When I had to wait in the lobby on my way out, several hotel guests and guests of the hotel staff were in the lobby without masks which is a bit concerning during this pandemic especially with the omicron variant.
