The location is perfect. Just 10 minutes away from Burnham Park, 7-11 store beside the hotel and a lot of restaurants and fastfood near it. It’s very easy to find a taxi. Very safe neighborhood. Very safe for solo traveler. The rooms and bathrooms are very clean with enough water supply. The place is very quiet so we were able to relax and sleep well. Exceptional service from the staff. We checked out late but needed somewhere to leave our baggages as we wait for our bus back to Manila and they made us stay at their conference room. We appreciate that so much. Breakfast is so yummy! Thank you!

Location was accessible sa lahat ng fastfoods, restaurants, convenient store and even SA mercury Drug . 5 minutes walk to burnham park so di mo problem ang pagpunta sa night market :) Masarap ang breakfast nila especially yung longganisa, aabangan mo anong presentation every set of breakfast :) Rooms : ok naman, comfy yung bed and malakas ang water which malaking factor yun when you were in Baguio. Yung staff, very accomodationg din nila sa mga request namin. Thank you

It is conveniently located on Legarda Rd and GH Del Pilar, which is just a few minutes walk to popular places like Burnham Park and Good Taste Restaurant. There was also a 711 just beside the hotel entrance, and short walk to a drugstore and BPI bank. Legarda is a busy street so expect traffic noises during the day, but it did not bother us since we were out sightseeing during the day anyway. At night it is mostly quiet and we had uninterrupted sleep during our entire stay. The hotel staff are also very friendly and accommodating. They have great selection for plated breakfast meals as well, and the food is very good. The room size was also just right for me and my partner, and there was a cabinet large enough to keep our luggage and jackets. The AC for the room is just right. The water for shower, bidet, and sink are all heated. The bed duvet is nice and thick enough to keep us warm while we sleep. Towels, slippers, body wash, toothpaste, toothbrush are all provided. Overall our stay was very pleasant and will definitely book here again if we return to Baguio.

No elevator to upper floors where our room was located, but this is just a very minor detail and did not affect our overall experience, and the staff was nice enough to carry our luggage to the room.

The staff members exhibit exceptional professionalism in their interactions with guests. The rooms are meticulously maintained to ensure cleanliness and comfort.

It is recommended to include jam as part of the breakfast menu.

Shower hot and cold thereafter. Window air cond is too loud. Amenities and breakfast are limited. Not very good buy one.
