The family room was spacious enough, the beds were comfy, and the hotel staff even the security was friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet is delicious.

It's kinda too far from the city proper, I mean like Burnham park and nearby tourist spots. The nearest one is Lourdes which is 3-5 minutes walk. You really have to take the taxi just to go places. It's not recommended to walk. We waited 40 minutes to check in. The keycard of our room was not working when we got to our room. They provided us the physical key instead. It was somewhat disappointing.

The room was spacious. The staff were all approachable and helpful. They were all so nice from their guard to their manager and they are attentive sa mga needs and request namin. I like that adjustable yong temp ng ac. The breakfast is okay hopefully next balik namin available na restaurant nila.

i think need to improve lang yung water heater kasi konting galaw lang super init na agad high risk for burns.

Breakfast was good though there was a problem with the stove at the time…that’s why our request for scrambled eggs were delayed. The location is a little bit far from the center. Need to have a ride.

Well sometines things happen like the gas stove problem… but these things could have been avoided if there is a standby unit or if gas run out, an electric stove or a reserve gas tank would have been fine. Also there is that smell coming from the comfort room. There might be a problem with the plumbing works.

Staff was wonderful and accommodated us with breakfast planned the night before we had to leave early the following morning. Decent location in proximity to city center/markets - prepare to hike though, lots of ups and downs from hotel. Easy to find. Clean, large room and comfortable pillows/bed.

Nothing directly about hotel but often difficult to get a taxi but jeeps are frequent so maybe not an issue if you’re used to it.

Staff are accommodating and helppful. Shoutout to the guard who was very helpful to hail taxis. Also to the receptionist when we arrived, she was so friendly and helpful.

Only little flaw with the food. Tocino was too tough, also we ordered hot choco but served with coffee. To not inconvenient and not waste the coffee, we just asked to replace 1 coffee with hot choco since I don’t drink coffee. Waited 15 mins but hot chocolate still not served, we followed up and just told that the first server did not tell that we asked it to be replaced with hot choco.

The staff was very accommodating and the hotel looked exactly like in the pictures. I was comfortable during my whole stay and they serve breakfast in the room. When I also had a lady emergency and wasn't able to pack any feminine products, the staff graciously bought for me at the nearest convenience store. Very friendly staff. Rooms are quite big, and they had all the amenities (dental kit, shower cap, razor) and more (first time I saw a vanity kit with cotton, filer, face cotton and cotton ear cleaners).

The location is a bit far from city center by Baguio standards and there was a lot of construction all around the area. There's only one ATM within walking distance.

Location is along highway, spacious parking, luxurious ambience, well lit lounge and hallways, comfy beds and pillows, there’s a nook with coffee table if you want to relax but the rooms are equally relaxing, rest rooms are nice and clean, with towels and personal hygiene kit. There are a variety of complimentary breakfasts to choose from plus refillable brewed coffee. They also offer laundry service, perfect for longer staycations! This is now my favorite place to stay in Baguio. Will definitely go back here!

Breakfast was adequate. Good selection of breakfast options, especially for Filipinos.

The room, staff and facility were great. However, the location does not lend itself to quick tourist experiences. The hotel is situated along a major highway in the middle of many hardware stores. We only saw two small restaurants in the immediate area. To experience the heart of Baguio City, it is a 20-minute walk along a busy highway or a taxi ride away. You can forget about driving to downtown...no parking and too much traffic. Baguio doesn't have enough taxis, so we had to walk from the central park to the hotel late at night.

Staffs are very accomodating. The room and comfort room are clean with complete necessities. Rooms are affordable and well maintained. I love the view. Best hotel. Breakfast foods are nice
