Charity, the front desk/receptionist was very responsive to all my questions even before our stay. She was very helpful when we checked in and she always have a lovely smile and always ready to help. The room is spacious. There's a small balcony. No aircondition, but it's fine, when in Baguio, you'll not need an AC. The room was clean and utensils and plates were provided. Hot and cold shower available. Location was convenient. Short walk to Good Taste and other restaurants, as well as Burnham Park. Quiet and safe location.

We love the spacious room, very good for family stay, the beds were good,..the staff were kind and very accommodating, they will response right away when u have concerns., clean towels (2 each bed) and also the bathroom rug., the kitchen wares and utensils ❤️, the round table w/ 2 chairs, as well in the valcony we spent some time when we arrived @ the hotel after a long day outside. ❤️ Safety of the room and the parking was a big big point 👏👌.. We'll come back soonest

Maybe the Television, if they can upgrade a little,, if they can put a good reception. ❤️ And, might as well change the curtains to a quite thick but not totally blackout curtains. 😍

Travelled with kids and the suite provided us the convenience and comfort just like what we have at home. Very near to city sites - walkable if you're up to it. The equipped kitchen allowed us to cook and properly eat some meals when we didn't feel eating out. The staff were very accommodating and lent us rice cooker and extra frying pan.

I know it sounds whiny coz travelling should bring inconvenience, out of your comfort zone. But we always look for fully equipped kitchen when renting out a place however they don't have microwave contrary to what was advertised. So be advised. Had to reheat leftover food using frying pans/rice cooker but fortunate we still have these appliances to cook food with. Nonetheless, we still had a great time at this place.

The location is very good. It is walking distance in the heart of the city. Every place is accessible such as eatery, restaurant, public places, parks, malls, bars and the like. The places are all clean hallways, lobby, including the room. The verandra is also an added plus factor because their is a nice view of the outside wherein you could feel the cool wind breeze. I will definetly comeback to this place in the near future, because we enjoyed our stay in this hotel. Very satisfied...

The only thing they need to improve is that there is no exhaust fan inside the toilet the smell from it when you defecate roams inside the room. Although there is a small wall opening but this will not be enough since there is wall from the other adjacent property.

Our family room was spacious and clean, I also liked that there is a safe parking space for our car. The facility is well secured and protected from outsiders using a biometric access. Also, Charity was so helpful with all our needs and even helped us with our luggage.

The water pressure seems to drop down at some point in the morning and consequently the water heaters do not operate on low pressured water flow.

no elevator. not enough of water supply at night in both bathrooms.We can’t freshen up after a long day due to very limited water supply. Even brushing your teeth is very inconvenient there’s only a few drops of water.

The master bathroom was leaking. I’m sure they know ahead of time that’s it’s leaking because there’s a washcloth on the floor by the toilet and was wet.They we’re aware of the problem but they still book the unit .. We’ve noticed the problem late at night after we came back from our dinner.. we are walking on the bathroom floor w/ wet towel .They can’t do anything even I called the front desk.? We have to deal w/ problem.

We got the first floor and it was really nice because our seniors didn't have to walk up stairs. Everything was complete. Nice comfortable beds, 2 bathrooms with showers, everything we needed they had. We were able to cook meals. There was also garage parking and street parking if needed. It wasn't too far away from Burnham park, and was easy to drive around from the location. The staff was very nice and made us feel comfortable and attended to our needs. I highly recommend this place for families. Everyone will get a comfortable bed to sleep in and no waiting in line for a toilet or shower since you have 2 in the unit.

The garage parking can get full, if you're parked towards the garage door you might get called to move as the car behind you has to exit. But it was no biggy. We were out of the time anyways. The staff was very helpful with the parking. At least the parking is safe too and free parking unlike other transient houses or places.

I like the vicinity of the place. Almost near the city and clean environment. The staffs are very accommodating with our request. The room was newly painted. The room is also spacious 👍

Only stairs are available in the place. Some insects were found but they also hide. There were some things were old use already and need some like the sliding doors.

Check-in was smooth. Charity has been replying to my questions even before I booked. The staff was very helpful in assisting during parking and bringing our things for check-out. Location is near Burnham Park, other known restaurants, and small eateries - lugawan, gotohan, sari-sari store and strawberry taho vendor passes by the street too. The kitchen has basic supplies so don't expect large cooking. There's no microwave but there's toaster and a kettle. There are 2 bathrooms in our chosen apartment. You can ask for bathroom tissue if it's not enough. We stayed for 3 nights.

It's better if you provided a broomstick or mop so we can clean on our own. A kitchen towel, small detergent and new scrub for washing dishes is also recommended. Some of the water closet have leaks so we need to turn off the toilet manually so it's not slippery and wet inside the bathroom. Since the parking lot is small and tight, I suggest that you put an individual signage in car window, what time every car need to leave so some won't get stuck inside.

Balcony view, very large studio for 2 persons and large queen sized beds. The staff, especially the receptionist were very helpful, courteous and accommodating. The roof deck has very nice views. The location is 5-10 min walk to Good Taste and other restaurants, and to Burnham Park. Taxis are accessible in the area. Booked this for 10 nights with a "Genius" deep discount, so it was really a great value. It was ideal for our long stay since we could do some light cooking as well.

May I suggest upgrading the TV, the reception was poor. Warm/hot water supply is not consistent and spurts out intermittently. The random noise at 2-4am from next door, another transient building, may be an issue to light sleepers like me. The shower curtain was dirty/moldy. Check out time is 11am not 12 noon. Our power was turned off 2 hours before check out time.
