Staffs and management were professional, friendly and very attentive. Room they gave me was spacious and clean. They provided complimentary water, coffee/tea sachets in the room. Mini bar was available for a fee. Breakfast and lunch buffets has excellent food variety.

1. Elevators - watch out for those doors! 2. Confusing access to parking spaces from/to the hotel lobby 3. Fridge in the room was for mini bar only and no space for food. So, don’t bring food left overs in your room if you’re not going to consume them in the next few hours.

Clean hotel with lots of facilities

One of the staff working in reception floor tried to sell his external tours behind his manager, ended up being a really bad tour, we did not tell the staff about it because we did not want to ruin his job. Staff also did not come to clean our room for 2 days, had to call them twice to come and clean it.

The Dining room and Dinning staff were fantastic! The staff in general were very polite and helpful. I felt welcome and appreciated. The location is a quick 5 minute walk to the mal which was really nice. The downside is there isn't much other than the mall as far as tourist attractions or shopping within any kind of walking distance. The AC worked really well and there was hot water and a working safe.

This is an older hotel so expect older facilities, out of date furniture and items that could use maintenance. Even though the room seemed to be fully enclosed the amount of thick dust that would come in and settle on everything no matter how often you dust or wipe was my biggest issue, because you breath that all in. Come to find out its that way all over the city which is very polluted, but you would expect the building to shelter you from it.

My room was in line with my request ( bed size, etc) and the description given. All equipment was fully functional. The staff in every area is always accessible and extremely responsive to all request. The staff is always respectful, respectable, and friendly. Security is always present and actively assuring that the facility is safe. All staff proactively and diligently took action to assure that my needs were met and that my stay was pleasant. The location is excellent. You can walk to ATM machines and banks, and the Ayala Mall in about 5 minutes. You are also just a few minutes drive from the Ayala Center Mall and business.area. Everything you may need is within two to three blocks. There is always a cabs or equivalent just outside the entrance overseen by security and other staff. The pool was clean and accessible daily. Bottled water is provided at no cost. I would not stay anywhere else if I am in the Cebu area.

The staff at Quest has left me with nothing to complain about. I will be back next year.

Great location and good size of room. Helpful friendly staff. Great pool, would stay again. Special shout out to Roger on front door security. I got a grab taxi and the driver claimed to have no change. It was only 100 peso but the hotel had no change either. Roger immediately and kindly paid the driver from his own pocket. It was my first night there, Roger wouldn't have known I was staying longer but he was a gent. and a credit to the hotel. Of course I repaid him soon after and tried to ensure I had smaller notes for future grab journeys.

The TV was confusing initially and someone had to fix it when I arrived. Seems the previous occupant had disconnected a wire.

The location ia excellent. Across is the Ayala Mall which is convenient if you want a quick trip for coffee or snacks or for small things. The room size is perfect and layout is nice! Bathroom is a decent size, huge sink! Bed is comfortable.

We had two rooms one was for the children- the ac stopped working leaving my kids sweating all night. The ceiling was dripping leaving it very uncomfortable to stay. Water drainage in the shower room is slow so you would have to stop shower for water to drain otherwise it would cause a mini flood inside the bathroom. The pool water is dirty leaving my children with itchy skin! And tiny little cuts on the back of their little toes; there was a pool party the night before and there might have been a shattered glass in the pool who knows or broken tiles- hope they'll check on it and address the issue. Can't make coffee had to request and adaptor to make coffee maker work. Overall, our stay wasnt too bad but it could have been better. Housekeeping are very helpful and friendly!!

Confusion over airport pick-up after sending 3 emails with all the details, two flights coming in at different times etc. My fiancée and our 5 year old daughter were left waiting in terminal 1 for three hours for my flight to arrive in terminal 2, no cars for either of us, had to get a local taxi to hotel together , no dramas for me but not happy that my fiancée and daughter were left stranded after arranging everything in triplicate and having a reply to each email, lesson for myself, never book airport pick-ups with hotel.

The service was PERFECT! I booked during a Sinulog weekend and knew there would be alot of guests but it only took 7 minutes for me to get checked-in (from the moment I stepped into the hotel) and the resto was packed during breakfast but somehow there were still plenty of empty seats even though it was at 9 am AND they were quick with refills that it looked like a 6 AM spread. The room was amazing, I had a queen-size bed all to myself and slept like a princess. Made my Sinulog 2025 convenient and hassle-free (Also, they gave guests some freebies for Sinulog) 💜

Check-in is at 3 pm and out is at 11 am, which is a shorter duration than most hotels (not a deal breaker for me tho)

Just about everything. In a location handy for a Mall. The rooms were clean and the bed superbly comfortable! If the duvet was a little warm, (I don’t have the aircon too cold :) The staff, front door, desk , cleaners dining room staff, pool staff especially ( Jemel excuse my spelling , at the pool bar, while professional, is friendly and makes me feel so welcome every time) are so polite , greeting with a smile every time. Thoroughly enjoyable experience every time I use the hotel, it is the staff who are the heart of the building.

I’m going to nitpick and ask why bedroom washbasins don’t have a working plug to save water? (I do bring a temporary plug to save water whilst shaving etc..)

We booked a night at the Quest Hotel as a last-minute option after our original travel plans fell through. Although the room was slightly smaller than where we had stayed before, it was perfectly adequate for our needs, with a well-positioned TV which you could easily view from lying down in bed. The desk was conveniently arranged and came with all the essentials, including a tea/coffee station and a kettle. The air conditioning worked well and included a remote for easy control. The morning view from our window was stunning, and we captured some great photos. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options to suit different tastes, and everything was clean and well-presented. The staff at both check-in and check-out were attentive and accommodating, helping with our luggage and even bringing it up to our room. Overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable stay. This location isn't very far from House of Lechon. You should go there for some excellent Lechon, it's about a 5 minute walk, try to arrive before 5pm or they run out. Included some photos of the food from there served on banana leaves. Also included breakfast at the Quest hotel.
