The location, staff, and their services. Very close to the airport (walking distance), free pick and drop off. If you want peace and a quiet, relaxing place? Then, this is the one for you. The room was clean. Clean and Well maintained grounds, the beach was cleaned every morning. No sellers or offering massages along the beach or anywhere on the grounds. It's very private, you can swim by the beach or pool without thinking of other people watching you. If you want to go to El Nido town, it took about 15 mins ride on a tricycle for 300 pesos.The food was great, very nice pork sisig. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The staff were amazing, attentive, kind, and courteous, especially GAME, who gave us insights about the place, the island hopping tour we were planning, thank you and of course, to all staff from reservations team, driver, reception, housekeeping and restaurant staff, thank you so much. Basically, all locals are kind. My family had so much wonderful fun experience, and my kids don't want to go home.😁. We wish to go back again. Thank You Huni Lio 😍

Stayed at this hotel and was absolutely blown away by the experience. From the moment we arrived, it became clear that the facilities were even better than what the pictures show online. The hotel has an elegant boutique atmosphere that perfectly complements the stunning Lio Beach location.What truly set this stay apart, however, was the incredible service. We got the room facing the pool, and it was lovely. The resort was just the right size, with the basic things that we need. The kids enjoyed dining at the restaurant because it was at the beach. Our little one was able to play with sand while we enjoyed our drinks. We loved seeing the squirrels playing by trees near the restaurant. We were lucky to see monkeys as well! We love the Filipino food they served, and the staff were very accommodating, too. We hope to be back here with other relatives.

I booked the hotel for my son. I had a hard time navigating the site. If I have a question, I received multiple emails from the site, the hotel or the staff. It's hard to call the hotel, too, or maybe it's the marketing/sales team people. You call, no pick up; you send an SMS, no reply.

Not being able to speak to anyone from the hotel or Huni Manila staff directly whenever I called. It was upsetting. I don't want to email for some tiny details that I would want to find out.

The hotel rooms were clean and comfortable. Location very good with easy access to restaurants, shops and the beach, near to airport and to town about 20min. The pool is open until 10pm.

Restaurants in the area, including the hotel were close by 9pm. Reception not very helpful giving information. Tours are way more expensive when you book from hotel

Excellent location by the beach. Delicious breakfast. Superb staff, particularly Rubick and Kyla at the front desk. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The only thing that could be improved is that the nature of the shower setup is such that water spills out onto the bathroom floor.

Very relaxing and peaceful, staff is super nice and helpful. Security is always around. Many restaurants in the area walking distance.

Only recommend if you’re looking to stay at a more relaxed place away from El Nido Town, which was what we were looking for. You can easily get to town in a tricyle 15min run.

I will definitely recommend the hotel and will be happy to stay here again if I go back to el nido - beautiful place a few steps to the beach - friendly and helpful staff - large and comfortable rooms - clean room that were clean regularly - perfect place to relax since you are surrounded by nature (forrest is the view from veranda of our family room) - delicious restaurant food (fries, pizza and sinigang are our fave) - we feel safe even walking at night - other restos near (clay kitchen is a must try) - you can play borrow a ball and play beach volleyball - mercury drug store and ATM are near

i really enjoy our stay but notice some for improvements - we was not able to fully enjoy the beach and got lots of niknik bites in our legs, arms and back - limited breakfast options - no hotel slippers provided - you have to personally request for dental kit - no hotel van service that can get you to town proper, you have to ride a trike for 100 php per pax or rent a van for 1k oneway

Loved how close it was to the beautiful Lio beach, also backing onto a garden space was so peaceful and quiet. The pool is absolutely beautiful and lots of recliners to relax in. Lovely breakfast buffet.
