Location, value, size rooms, pool

Breakfast food cold unless it's local food. Lacking more western options or offering to cook fresh. We booked 2x adults 2x kids but to get just an extra towel had pay. Pool area bit run d own missing step on ladder lacking shade. You pay 2k peso security deposit has to be cash. They give receipt but if loose receipt they tell you they cannot refund. Why can't you record deposit electronically on hotel record. Putting onus on customer bit silly. And in check why so many signatures and rules read out not very welcoming. No views from hotel too only construction your prices should lower due to this. Fridge not working well just cold enough.

Staff were friendly and very helpful throughout the hotel. On checking in I was given a room without a view so I asked for a change and without a problem was given another room with an awesome view of the city. Jahnsun and the rest of the staff at the front desk were very professional with their job. Thanks guys.

Street noise was audible, but did not stop me sleeping in their comfortable beds.

The hotel is in a good location close to the Manila Baywalk and not so far from a Mall of Asia and an airport. The personnel was helpful and friendly. A swimming pool on the roof is small but you can relax there after or before a flight or sightseeing. Breakfast was very good and there was an adequate choice of breakfast meals. I recommend this hotel for short a stay in Manila

Everything was OK

hotel is near to manila ocean park. the staff are good and easy to talk to. the room is really spacious and has big queen beds. breakfast buffet food and choices are good.

very limited parking slots. there’s a parking lot near the hotel but need to pay. when we got there there’s no available parking even if it’s a weekday and was advised to park near the paco park!

The room is very spacious got upgrade to Premium room. The breakfast room are clean and the staff are very friendly. We have enough CHOICES for breakfast.😊

The Bathroom has not enough lightning special in the front of the mirror.Womans like to see her face while we putting our make up😉 Bright or mirror lightning will be more efficient and will be easy for us to do our things done

Long queue and waiting time for check in. This must be looked into and hopefully better process will be put into practice soon

Nice bed, spacious room and friendly staff.

TV is old and the view at the bay cannot be seen due to the blockage of the building which is under construction.

For the Price we paid could not Complain, thought in a not so nice area 2 minute walk to Korean area, excellent food choices, easy to get Tuk Tuk, would definitely recommend for the experience, will be staying again on my return journey home.

great place to stay , big rooms , walking distance to restaurants. Friendly staff , buffet breakfast was good for the money.

Need to take taxi if you want to go to the Mall Ongoing construction across the street, lots of truck traffic.

the pool would have been nicer if it were heated, and the bar that was by the pool was closed (probably due to COVID restrictions so that’s not the hotel’s fault)
