The staff were amiable and approachable, creating a welcoming atmosphere. They responded promptly to my questions and were always willing to assist whenever needed. Their proactive attitude demonstrated a genuine commitment to ensuring a positive experience for everyone.

During our recent stay at the hotel, we noticed that they were in the process of making numerous improvements. Evidently, the hotel was actively working on enhancing various aspects of its services and facilities. I am genuinely looking forward to returning to experience the changes and enhancements firsthand.

I reserved 3 rooms for 3 of us for 2 nights under my name through booking.com..One of us had a problem with travelling so he couldn't make it for the first night but turned up for the second night..When he turned up, we checked him in under his name, not knowing were supposed to check him in under my name as I reserved the rooms..By the way, we paid in cash at the premises..When it's time to check out, we're told that we needed to pay for another room as the system said I booked for 3 rooms..The staff was confused and I understood as that's what the system told her..I said to her, how was I supposed to pay for 4 rooms as I only took 3 rooms..She was confused but very accommodating and tried her best to get it resolved by ringing up the other receptionist that we made payment to and her boss, I believe..I'm glad that she could understand the whole situation after I explained it to her..

It was value for money. The hotel is located in a quiet location and only 10 min walk to Magallanes train station. The bed was very comfortable and the shower had good pressure and had hot and cold options. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The hotel looked a bit tired and old. Also you could hear noises from the corridor. The toilet flush was bit weak.

Not sure if it's not part of it, but there are no body wash and shampoos. Since we're just staying for a night and my friend brought her own toiletries, I didn't bother contacting the front desk, but that was the first time I experienced that in a hotel. No hand soap available either, nor other stuff that you normally see in a hotel.

We booked last minute, and there was no hassle. The staff was also friendly and accommodating. The room was clean, but it did look a bit old.

Our room didn't have any windows, and there were weird squeeky sounds coming from the toilet all night. I think it was from the pipes. Aside from that, we were able to rest okay.

It was only the breakfast I was not happy with. The choice of the breakfast was not excellent but all other things was superb.

I don't like the position where they put the A/c, it look as if the cold was hidden, it is still cold thou but not as expected, at night was hot because the a/c was hidden in the room.

Cleanliness of the room. Friendliness of the housekeeping staff and the Manager (?), I'm not sure, because I only talked to him at the elevator and he was asking how was our stay.

I had to ask for room slippers and it was supposed to be included in our room. I also had to ask to borrow a hair dryer and it was almost retirable because there was a weird sound and no heat was coming out. Breakfast was delivered to the room because restaurant is still closed. Limited choices on breakfast and not as appetizing.

The location is perfect if you’re from province and will so BIO in Vfs because it is a walking distance. They are so strict with check so no earlier check in but I was able to check in before 1pm. No enough restaurants on the corner but there are 7/11 and minis stop.

The breakfast is not worth the money to add breakfast you can order online instead, they don’t have in house restaurant or any facilities like pool or a rooftop, just your room, the lobby and convenience of VFS is near.

I like how it was walking distance from the event location, and there's a nearby convenience store where we can eat our breakfast during our stay.

We did not have anything we did not like. I just hope they have a restaurant and free breakfast in the future.

The place is nice, the rooms are quiet and clean. The air conditioner is not above your bed or facing the bed which I really liked because it kept the sound from the AC to a minimum.

No windows in the room. I'm not sure if it was just my room, but it felt like I was just in a box.
