Great location… In the heart of Makati, which is heart of Manila . Everything is near to you, shopping malls, restaurants, supermarkets and cafes. There is a nice small cafe UCC, just cross the road. It is opened until late time . Hotel itself is new, not overused, clean and all facilities are working very well. Staff members are amazing peoples ♥️♥️♥️♥️ they are supportive all the time . All requests are done in very short time. Food in room service is very good. The pizza is great. Gym is working 24 hrs 😃😃 it is new and all machines are new and great. Swimming pool in open air , it is very clean.

Breakfast is very good but Pork items are so much , however, Halal items not that much!!! There are a lot of Arab and Muslim guests, so I believe that, you should add more Halal items. Generally, we love our stay in the hotel , but the price is a little bit high comparing to other hotels in Makati.

This is a deluxe hotel with five star services throughout from check-in, to pool service, to laundry to room cleaning. Elegant spacious rooms and bathrooms are a delight. The buffet breakfast at Spectrum is outstanding and very good value - in addition to all the international favourites and a range of Asian options, there is a wonderful choice of Filipino dishes and pastries which the staff are only to happy to guide you through. As one might expect, the fruit is wonderfully varied and of the highest quality. The location of the hotel adjacent to several malls and, in particular, Greenbelt means that there are a wide range of both stylish formal and casual dining options on the doorstep. I’d also recommend the Ayala Museum nearby for those with a few hours to spare and an interest in Filipino history and culture. The Salcedo Saturday market is a fun activity on a Saturday morning and an easy walk from the hotel. All the staff are delightful and eager to please : I’d particularly commend Alyssa at front desk and Jullian at the Concierge for really going the extra mile to make my stay smooth and enjoyable.

The entrance lobby and sitting area felt a little over-crowded at times

Booked a 2-night stay in a Fairmont Gold Suite and King Room for me and my family. It was a wonderful stay thanks to all the Fairmont Gold team's hospitality. I requested for connecting rooms and also some amenities for my Dad's belated birthday and Mom's early Mothers' Day which were all accommodated. All the staff we encountered were wonderful and always took the time to chat with us. Some special mentions, though I couldn't name every single one, Brina, Cris, Natalie, Reinel, Kris, Mishie, Lowe. Rooms are big, love the Le Labo bathroom amenities, beds and pillows are super comfy. Appreciate the welcome amenity and note too. I appreciate that there are vegan/vegetarian options at the lounge. Makati Mule is so good (thanks Reinel!). From check-in to check-out, everything was up to Fairmont standards. Thank you.

Facilities

Airport pick up. Went to order Mercedes’ and told it was already booked for the day I wanted. advised I could have the next best option of a GN6 brand new vehicle so I booked this. on the morning driver contacted my and advised he would be in a VW Passat? No explanation for change in vehicle. Confirmed for a 2nd time I was arriving at the domestic airport as per my flight details provided. had to call and see where he was only to find out he was at international terminal. Waited 10 minutes for him to get to where I was and paid over 3,000php one way for this!!

The breakfast buffet was exceptional- lots of selection and tasted very good! Services by staff was excellent - very accommodating and very pleasant, always smiling when providing services. Location was perfect - near shopping malls and eating establishments.

I won’t change a thing. Everything was perfect to my liking. Great services by staff, hotel was clean, wide food selections at the restaurants. I enjoyed having access to the executive lounge where I was able to entertain my guests.

We love everything about this hotel. The beddings are very clean and comfortable (best bed ever!). The room is wide enough for our family of four. The bathroom in incredible. Room service is great. The location is perfect as it is within the Ayala center area - walking access to malls, movies and restaurants . Also a few mins to the airport. I just really I had booked a longer stay. We only booked two nights :( All staff are very courteous from checking in to check out.

The hotel staff were very thoughtful and attentive. Thank you, most especially, to Ms Dina for the warm welcome and for the extra to make sure we’re comfortable. The hotel is beautiful and clean. Location is great. Staying at Fairmont meant being saved from the crazy heavy traffic almost any time of the day within the Metro. We stayed to celebrate our anniversary and we were given a mini delectable chocolate cake and a bottle of red wine. Thanks again for being so thoughtful! Fairmont’s signature scent – Le Labo’s Rose 31 has made our stay even more amazing!

We availed of the breakfast buffet. We just noticed that dishes were not promptly refilled. It was not 10 yet but then a few serving plates were already empty.

amazingly this property exceeded my expectations for my stay. they had amazing staffs who spoke very good English and the hospitality was great. the gym was huge I should say and very well maintained. lobby was clean and neat. The food quality was excellent but just that the pizzas were not really good. Just that and the location was just awesome. the hotel was surrounded by 4 malls so we don’t need to take a taxi or any form of ride. just walk over and we are spoilt for choices. great hotel I should say.

the car ride to the airport offered by the hotel was a little pricy so if you don’t need comfort and style you can opt for grab or the normal taxi but paying such a premium they lived up to the price tag. the car was huge and water bottles provided with nice smell and it was very clean.
