Crown Regency Hotel Makati Dec, 2023 4.5/5 + location, infront of a big mall and walking distance to Makati CBD + price for room is worth it + receptionist, guards and staff are friendly, helpful and nice to talk to (5/5 for the service) + quiet room, even if room is with street view

- a little rundown, you will notice the rooms, elevator and carpets are old and need an upgrade - price for breakfast is too expensive for the buffet they offer, not worth it for me - few parking spaces available for guests

I was disappointed on my last stay because I was charged for an extra person and I paid P1,500.00. I told lady front desk and beg not to charge me because I am a returning guest and we checked in at 7:30pm but used the room at almost 10:00 pm because we went out for dinner. But still she insisted. So I paid. I am a hotelier in Boracay Island and with that little thing we give consideration to our returning guests. It’s not the P1,500.00 but the favor for a returning guests which I never get any favor for so many times I stayed in Crown Regency.

The location is very convenient, it's a 5-minute drive away from the venue of my conference and a short walk away from my partner's workplace. The staff is very accommodating, and our room was clean, comfortable, and cozy.

The hallways were dimly lit, making walking around at night a bit creepy. Also, when we entered the room, we immediately saw a tiny cockroach on the floor.

near to Malls and Shopping Center

Easy walking distance to SM, Glorietta, and Greenbelt malls with numerous restaurants catering to different tastes and price points.

Hotel's restaurant should bring back buffet breakfast, lunch, dinner for when I don't feel like going outside for a meal.

Had a great stay in the hotel. The location is just across the venue of our official event.

the room is a little gloomy if you look at the window side. We got late on out first day of appointment because I thought it was still very dark, not knowing that the sun could not reach our room.

For Makati the hotel is a very good value although it is getting more expensive now. Still the location is perfect! Very accessible to the airport and with two of the premier malls within reasonable walking distance. Breakfast is a little skimpy but with so many choices right across the street book without and go explore.

Convenient location in Makati, close to main business spots, shops, metro. Clean, well maintained hotel. Nice staff.

Aircon outside was pretty loud when windows are open. Otherwise no problem.

Not anything really, managed expectations of course, it ain’t the Ritz but its a lot nicer than the usual cookie cutter transit hotels.
