The room was very spacious and clean. The bathroom was very clean and we were provided with shampoo, shower gel and conditioner. The staff were very attentive and we were able to check in past midnight. The breakfast was good with plenty of options. The hotel is located close to a big shopping mall so there are plenty of restaurants to choose from within 5 minute walk.

The room we got was right above the dinning area so we could hear breakfast being served, and music being played from quite early in the morning (6am) and also karaoke being played some evenings.

Another hotel that reminded of the smaller boutique hotels I stayed at in Europe!! The lobby is refreshingly modern, the facilities are clean, EXCELLENT staff, everyone I dealt with were pleasant, charming, very accommodating, Very attentive!! great breakfast buffet! and a stone’s throw away from a big mall where you can find lots of restaurants and shopping. you don’t really need to venture out farther because every thing is just around you!!

not all the rooms have a window. I was first given a windowless room (I was getting claustrophobic) but when I asked for a room change, they pleasantly accommodated my request . I love these guys!!

although, I was quarantined for the duration of my stay at the hotel, I would honestly the location is quite good. The hotel might be small and does not have the amenities that other hotels provide, I would say for the price, I think it is quite price right. Anyway, for the price, the location and the staff made up for the deficiency the hotel does not provide.

The best location, comfortable bed and great breakfast. Very polite and friendly staff.

1. window type small size air-con. Due to the hot summer, we had to use it in coldest mode, which was not even enough for a such small room, it was also very noisy and we didn’t sleep well. 2. A bit small bed for couple. 3. Maintenance around 10 am. It is better to schedule such activity when the guests are checked out, and the next one has not yet arrived. You have 2 hours to fix whatever you need.

The crew were hospitable and friendly, I also like the fixtures, with wide space and T&B.

Maybe needs to improve dining experience especially the buffet bfast, the resto ia quite limited but I bel8ve it can be managed well as long as incoming of guests is monitored and managed. I have to add that guests should be asked first if they wont mind to share their table with other guests, out of courtesy. All will be well when things are taken out of respect or consideration for others'

Welcoming and corteous staff. Big and clean rooms. Comfy bed. Buffet breakfast was great! Accessiblity to establishnents and transport. Walking distance to Greenbelt 3 like less than 5 mins. Malls are connected by bridgeways. Safe

Tiny bathroom but can manage🙂

Though the stay was tad short, it was a pleasant one. Appreciate the entire staff, from the pick-up service from the airport to the concierge, to the services crew. Location-wise, this sits right beside the posh shopping mall and Ayala Triangle Garden if one is into running like me. Breakfast and its menu is AWESOME.

Room is a bit tight but cleanliness is outright obvious right from the entry.

Location location location. Very close to the malls. Bonus to have a superb buffet breakfast. Staff very helpful and accommodating. We will definitely be back and it's now my preferred hotel in the city. Very good value for your money.

Parking is an issue. Would be nice if they can offer discounted parking fee from the parking spaces nearby as the hotel doesn't have any parking at all.

Very nice hotel. Clean, good air conditioning and hot water for showers. Fantastic breakfast. Staff are very friendly and efficient. Just steps from Greenbelt for shopping and a huge variety of restaurants, more than I can count.

Water pressure in the shower was a little low. Not a deal breaker. No complaints about this hotel.

The room we stayed in was originally a standard one but we got upgraded to a premier. The bed is super comfortable, space was just enough for travellers who wants to have a short stay. The whole area we passed by was clean and the staff from the security guard to the manager were all amazing in accommodating us.

none
