I like this hotel and always stay here when I'm in Manila. The rooms are small but comfortable. Excellent buffet breakfast with eggs cooked to order and different entrees every day and great service. Great location just steps from Greenbelt.

The elevator was out of service during the week I was there. I got great exercise while trekking to 5F. I could start to feel the burn by the time I got to 5F. It was manageable. The hot water pressure in the shower was low and I had to continue to press the diverter to keep hard water on. I reported the issue to the front desk for repair.

The staff! They were super accommodating. The reception was quick to help me figure everything out, and at the end of my stay I needed a bit of extra time to sort things out and I was given an extra 30 minutes check-out time with no hassle (and I feel like they would have given me more time if the room hadn't needed to be set up for the next guest). In addition when I was checking out, the street outside was busy and there wasn't an official crosswalk, so one of the staff insisted on coming out with me to help get all my luggage across in one go safely. Never had that before!

The elevator was under maintenance. This didn't affect me much as I was only on the second floor, but it's the only real negative that comes to mind. But the staff helped me with my luggage to the room. So it wasn't even an inconvenience to me, really.

The room was very spacious and clean. The bathroom was very clean and we were provided with shampoo, shower gel and conditioner. The staff were very attentive and we were able to check in past midnight. The breakfast was good with plenty of options. The hotel is located close to a big shopping mall so there are plenty of restaurants to choose from within 5 minute walk.

The room we got was right above the dinning area so we could hear breakfast being served, and music being played from quite early in the morning (6am) and also karaoke being played some evenings.

Another hotel that reminded of the smaller boutique hotels I stayed at in Europe!! The lobby is refreshingly modern, the facilities are clean, EXCELLENT staff, everyone I dealt with were pleasant, charming, very accommodating, Very attentive!! great breakfast buffet! and a stone’s throw away from a big mall where you can find lots of restaurants and shopping. you don’t really need to venture out farther because every thing is just around you!!

not all the rooms have a window. I was first given a windowless room (I was getting claustrophobic) but when I asked for a room change, they pleasantly accommodated my request . I love these guys!!

Perfectly acceptable small hotel, well-located by Greenbelt Mall. Room was comfortable, staff were friendly and helpful. Wifi good. Breakfast impressive for such a small hotel - seems like they have plans to keep improving the place which is refreshing to see. Only an overnight stay but would have been fine to stay longer

although, I was quarantined for the duration of my stay at the hotel, I would honestly the location is quite good. The hotel might be small and does not have the amenities that other hotels provide, I would say for the price, I think it is quite price right. Anyway, for the price, the location and the staff made up for the deficiency the hotel does not provide.

Breakfast was OK. Location is great close to several malls. Reception staff welcoming 🙏. Bell Boys went beyond to help. Reception staff happily arranged Grab for transport. Worked out cheaper. I highly recommend ASTORIA GREENBELT.

I hope TV was working for the whole period of my stay.

The best location, comfortable bed and great breakfast. Very polite and friendly staff.

1. window type small size air-con. Due to the hot summer, we had to use it in coldest mode, which was not even enough for a such small room, it was also very noisy and we didn’t sleep well. 2. A bit small bed for couple. 3. Maintenance around 10 am. It is better to schedule such activity when the guests are checked out, and the next one has not yet arrived. You have 2 hours to fix whatever you need.

The crew were hospitable and friendly, I also like the fixtures, with wide space and T&B.

Maybe needs to improve dining experience especially the buffet bfast, the resto ia quite limited but I bel8ve it can be managed well as long as incoming of guests is monitored and managed. I have to add that guests should be asked first if they wont mind to share their table with other guests, out of courtesy. All will be well when things are taken out of respect or consideration for others'

Welcoming and corteous staff. Big and clean rooms. Comfy bed. Buffet breakfast was great! Accessiblity to establishnents and transport. Walking distance to Greenbelt 3 like less than 5 mins. Malls are connected by bridgeways. Safe
