Location is great, near the airport. This is an airport hotel in the middle of a lot of airport hotels. Given the reviews, I was worried a little about the quality, but everything really met my expectations. Bed was extremely comfortable, room was well appointed, and staff were very helpful and efficient. For one night, it was a very nice experience.

My only criticism was that breakfast could have been a bit better. No eggs, potatoes or other breakfast staples. Simple bread choices and basic cereal with a couple of average savory dishes available. This would be an easy fix and make this hotel an excellent choice for travelers.

The breakfast area is very large and clean.  I was a little disappointed in the food selections, the flavor was decent to good, and the area was clean.  the room was very clean. 

The shuttle van was 15 minutes late from the time they told me it would leave. So I started worrying about whether I was going to be late for my flight.  It seemed that as a foreign guest, I received more preferential treatment than Filipino guests. Although I am foreign man, it seemed the staff was quick to offer me assistance with my one piece of luggage, from the lobby, all the way to my room. But I watched as a petite Filipina woman came in with same size luggage, seemed to struggle with it and hand carried items, and did not get offered any assistance from the staff. Maybe that’s because they expect a tip from a foreigner, and not from a local? Just my observation.

Great stay that is extremely close to Ninoy Aquino International Airport (MNL); about 2-4 minutes from T3, 5-8 minutes from T4, and 8-10 minutes from T1 and T2. The rooms were cozy and comfortable. Breakfast was good and had the option of a basic to-go breakfast for departures prior to 6AM. The to-go breakfast was basic and consisted of delicious pastries, coffee, and juices.

A bit pricy to stay, especially since I had previously stayed in Makati at a similar price (mind you, it was a penthouse-level, two-story family suite). Our shower was cold and had drainage problems.

Bed is comfortable; room is clean. Shd supposed to deposit 2k but the staff said it was ok not to; said I can leave my room key too in the room due to my early flight. Thank you!

Took a very long time to give me back my change at the restaurant. Had to asked twice. Food not delicious. Mango shake doesnt taste like there's mango in it. The desert; mango with sago desert is not that good. Didn't eat the free breakfast due to my early flight so I dont know what it looks like. You can see someone taking a shower from the BR. No airport transfer at 6am.

The staff were lovely and very helpful; they made check in effortless and were very clear with their recommendations and directions. We felt very welcomed and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Check out was just as efficient and effortless. The staff at the restaurant were also proactive and knew their stuff; we had an early breakfast and they offer a grab and go option [ pastries and coffee / tea ] if you check out before 0600h. Brilliant location within walking distance from Newport Mall and Casino, sky bridge to T3 and 10-15min drive to T1 and T2.

There wasn’t anything bad, the location is great, but breakfast wasn’t anything to hype over.

Everything Except those I didn’t like.

I asked the security guard if he could open the lift for me as my girlfriend was the one who checked in and is already in the room and I didn’t know the lift needs a card key to operate but still asked me to go to the check in counter on the other side of the hall will carrying all my luggages with me. Day of checkout, when I was about to get my deposit(which I did not even know about, as I thought I paid everything online already), I was asked to fill up a form my girlfriend already filled up during check in coz I was the one who made the booking. Just waste of time to be honest.

it's near the airport and they have shuttle service on affordable price.

when I call at the reception to asked assistance for our 6 luggages. the receptionist told me that they will send someone to help us, my wife and i waited for 30 mins and nobody came and so we we're late for the 11:30am appointment with the shuttle bus. i personally went down and i asked the security if he can help us because nobody assisted us frm my call to the reception. as i went to settle & check out, i told them what happened and they apologized. i hope they will not do that again to other customers.

Lovely room. Simple modern decor and kettle and teabags supplied. It was so nice having shower cap, toothbrush and plenty of soap and shampoo in the bathroom. Great shower - roomy and lots of hot water. Beautiful lighting and plenty of power outlets in the room. Big mirror and great open hanging space for clothing. Really nice dining area and the new terrace is beautiful. Really nice recent renovations. Staff always lovely. The location is perfect for the airport. The Newport Mall is great for other dining options and a bit of shopping.

Little noisy outside but not the fault of the hotel

Room Selection on this Booking.com website was not clear. Only talked about double bed or two single beds. Important for me was quiet room , because otherwise maybe noisy traffic outside. Fortunately, God was with me in the check in staff I randomly reached in the check in queue. She asked me what room I really wanted , double bed or single beds and I said only I wanted a quiet room. I ended up with a quiet (garden) room and also a big bed that as a senior citizen I would not fall out of, she said. Originally, I had idea to stay in aparthotel in same area for less expensive price but these aparthotels said in the small print that there was extra charge for bed sheets and towels and my enquiries to these various properties about this extra charge went unanswered. Furthermore after checking in to the Holiday Inn I did venture out on foot to explore the surrounding area and it became obvious that these aparthotels, within gated communities with little or no signage, might be difficult to find when arriving from abroad. The breakfast buffet was very extensive and the best I have ever seen.

Check in queue was a bit slow moving and daunting at first. I think I had to wait 20 minutes in the queue.

Good to spend the night in when you have an overnight layover and want to be in a convenient place but still want to be close to the airport. Staff was really nice and helpful. They helped us get around the area and pointed us to where we wanted to go etc. Room was nice although it did not really have that much of a view. The buffet breakfast was delicious, offered a good selection of both continental and filipino breakfast. Newport Mall and Casino just across the road good for shopping and dining. Starbucks, McDonalds and 7/11 is also a short walk from the hotel.

Airport Shuttle was unavailable at the time of our stay. We had a bit of a problem connecting to the wifi because we needed to sign in but the page took such a ling time to come up. Good to spend the night when you have a long layover and want to be in a convenient place but still close to the airport.
