Good breakfast. Good restaurant service

One aggressive reception offered no options but to pay for early check In. 90 min early. Clearly focus of desk manager is in collecting money not guest comfort. Could have been less aggressive. Offer wait area or use of facility while checking time happened. We decided to have lunch and walk the grounds.

Overall,our stay was comfortable and most of the amenities were sufficient. Also the free buffet breakfast was superb.

The booking we made was for our wedding preparation. One of the photoshoot areas they promised was not fully accessible on the day (as it was undergoing painting & we were not informed beforehand). Also the aerial drone which they asked us to pre-register was prohibited to be used on the day as they required our P&V to provide professional license (this was not stated in the agreement too). Hope you communicate these things beforehand to manage the customer's expectations.

The room and bed were standard MIcrotel Hotel amenities. However, unlike the other Microtel Hotel where I stayed at, there was no provision for coffee but I love the free water provided along the hall. Breakfast was also satisfying and most of all, I like the staff, whether at the front desk or restaurant. they are all friendly and courteous.

Breakfast serves the best for me! However, I just don't understand why wearing WYNDHAM White Sleepers is not advisable at the dining area? Given that sizes are not enumerated according to clients foot's sizes. For me, your sleepers look good and it looks so clean. Thus, we will be proud as a client to wear those! Client will not have a bad impression about it.

Internet connection. Too intermittent. The connection is not good at all, especially on the 6th floor. Every room should have a mesh/router to boost the connection. With that, it eliminates us calling at your front desk about it.

Good value for the price we paid considering that the rooms were large and there were two double beds for two people. It was better value compared to other hotels in the area. We also liked that the hotel is in a quiet area, relaxing with lots of trees and the rooftop has a good view of the surroundings.

The television was not working in our room.

The staff are accomodating. The rooms are clean. The foods are delicious and their staff are courteous and give good service.

The television has no signal. The aircon stop at the middle of the night 3 times, we checked it and we didn't put it in automatic. We were wondering why it stop.

Quiet hotel, I like that it is located in a quiet area. Beds are comfy. There is water dispenser at the hallways.

Room clean up is only in the morning, so if you missed it you will end up with an unkempt room. Ice maker is broken but the resto keeps on insisting you get ice from the ice maker. Hot choco is not part of breakfast, it is to be ordered separately.

There was an ongoing construction at the floor where I was assigned. Noise was manageable, but there were workers going in and out.

Swimming pool was closed for my entire stay so I was unable to use the facilities. Also i used the internet for work but they had poor connection that we had to transfer rooms. Food choices are also too plain for breakfast. there are better breakfast buffets that deliver better and more choices.

Location is not the best, you are very far from malls and other services
