I like that all staff were very hospitable. Hotel is relatively new so all rooms were very and superbly clean. The view by the pool is exquisite.

It's not really don't like, it's more of hope then can improve on. Their breakfast buffet, choices were very limited and some taste can be improved like the pancakes, they weren't fluffy anymore. I do commend the egg corner, very tasty and soft omelette. What can be improved also is the dog staycation, I paid an additional 3500 for pet's stay (I understand its for the deep cleaning) but it would be nice if it had other inclusions like towel and toy. I stayed at Novotel Araneta Manila and they charge less for the pet stay with those inclusions. Also better if they have a dedicated pet relief area since pets are allowed.

The hotel is new and you can see and feel that. The room we stayed in was nice and clean. The bed and chairs were comfortable, the toilettries esp the soap was amazingly fragrant. We also brought our dog and they gave us a bed and toy for him. There was a cute playpen for toddlers too.

The breakfast buffet was okay. We were there on New Year’s so as expected there were a lot of guests and I understood they were understaffed. The food was also good considering the price we paid. I just wish they offered more fresh fruits. I know it’s a small thing but that would have been nice for a breakfast option.

What I like most is the view deck from the 21st floor as well as the convenience store and some restaurants on the other side of the hotel.

I didn't appreciate the route going to the hotel, when getting there we passed by the informal settlers area of Mandaluyong which is a bit annoying and quite a hassle, I hope there would be an alternate route as an improvement.

The views were amazing and at night it was very beautiful looking at the city, the space was amazing and there staff were very warm and welcoming, very nice and helpful, I would highly recommend this hotel, one of the best experiences and stays I've had in the Philippines, will definitely be coming here again soon and recommending to friends and family 10/10 I loved it 😊

The hotel has excellent facilities, and the rooms are comfortable and well-accessorised. However, breakfast can be improved; there is not much choice. Outdoor swimming pool is smaller than what it seems in the picture.

I loved the location and the building itself is beautiful. The breakfast was amazing, as a matter of fact I ate most of my meals in the restaurant there. Great food, awesome service, ice cold beer,tremendous ambiance. Beautiful pool and weight room which I used,it's open 24/7..I love that. Amazing views of Manila! If I'm in Manila I will stay there again.

I like the comfy room, it's bed and sofa. Plus they also gave a slice of cake for my partner's birthday.

The windows aren't maintained well..even the pool side is quite messy - also the shower room. There's no Netflix as well. The CR doesn't have anywhere to hang clothes..

Wow what a great hotel! The room is so spacious, extremely comfortable and has everything you need. The value for money is outstanding. Staff also very helpful and friendly.

The location didn't feel that safe, a few streets next to the hotel were quite sketchy.

The staff from reception and concierge were amazing, especially Mr Franco and Ms Angel. The view from the room was awesome.

The room I was given had a connection door to other room. Everything could be heard.
