From the first moment I got out of the taxi was perfect , the guard at the door was there right away and took my luggage inside the hotel for me, the he took me to reception where in front of me were two smiling friendly faces which made me feel at ease right away , I will always remember Jinkey she was a perfect employee, she welcomed me with a beautiful smiling face explained everything about the hotel and a short form I had to fill out and nothing I asked was a problem , the reception area was lovely and very arty with the paintings , I was on the seventh floor the room was really good a big bed very comfy and soft sheets everywhere was clean and sparkling, only one thing I could say was there is no wardrobe to put your clothes away , there was only me so a stand was ok to hang up my shirts , I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Makati and stay longer. More storage for clothes.

This is quite a pleasant little hotel. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful in the best style of Filipino hospitality. The rooms are comfortable and the cafe in the hotel is very good and open from early morning till 10 pm. There are also a number of food options in the immediate neighborhood worth checking out including a 24-hour place across the street that's cheap and popular with locals. I can't say enough good about how kind the staff are. They're just genuinely friendly and wanting to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Room cleaning is daily, unobtrusive, and thorough. The showers are spacious with ample hot water. The rooms have a good working desk, safe, and refrigerator.

The lower-budget rooms have no windows. I recommend paying a little more for a room with window (look for "city view" in the description); among other things, the windowless rooms are wifi/data dead zones, so it's very difficult to get any internet. The neighborhood is a red-light district, but the hotel is a few blocks removed from that area. Taxis are cheap and easy to get and a ride to the popular shopping area of Makati will run you about PHP 120. A small mall, Century City, is less than 10 minutes walk from the hotel, and the trendy Power Plant mall is just a bit further than that.

Staff are approachable and attentive. Rooms are clean

Tv needs an update and a much stronger wifi signal in the rooms.

The rooms are very spacious. Beds are comfortable. Location of the hotel is super located within Makati. Breakfast and Coffee are very good and tasty. Breakfast F&B waiters are very good. Good water pressure inside the shower. Value for money.

The hotel do not have a lot of parking spaces, what you should consider into your planning, if you arrive with the car. We had a room with an very old air-condition that was very loud operating (please consider to change it in the near seen future). The shower was not properly cleaned inside the corners, you could see the brown dirt already (superficial cleaning).

Location was great, wifi was really fast. It didn't have windows which was ideal for me as I work nights and sleep in the morning

Room is extremely small. Don't let the pictures fool you. There's no laundry service. The room service people are annoying if you're trying to sleep through the morning. They are noisy and talk and play music through the corridors and the sound just seeps in through the main door.

Interior design and how cozy it felt. I've never checked in to a hotel at this price that put so much effort in the interior. What you see in their adverts are the same in person. The staffs are very attentive and the rooms are equipped with necessary toilettries. Water pressure is good and easy to maneuver between hot and cold showers. Beds are super comfy and their comforters are weighted. The linens used are very nice to the touch. Room has no funky smell and actually smells pleasant even though I haven't seen a single air freshener. Check in and check out processes also only took less than 10 minutes. I love how the artists that worked on the pieces in the hotel are recognized.

Insufficient lighting in rooms. It's adequate enough to feel cozy but not bright enough to do work. Windows are adequately sized but not enough natural light are seeping in. Soundproofing is not very good, outside noises are heard but not from other rooms. WiFi doesn't always work. Also wish there were more storage spaces especially for bigger rooms and for those who want to stay long term

I really enjoyed the convience of the restaurant. The food was good. The location was good.

I did NOT like the fact that this relatively expensive hotel didn't even have a cabinet and drawers to place your clothing. The makeshift "pipe" clothes hanger was an eyesore and wasn't even constructed properly. They did not have printed instructions to operate the in room safe. They offered bottled liquor for sale but you couldn't buy a "shot". This is very peculiar since liquor sales would add to the bottom line. The window featured as a city view option was dirty and so my 8th floor bedroom window. Disgusting.

The staff at the property were very kind, polits and considerate. I just had an eye operation and stayed at the hotel for suppose to be a week but I had shortened my stay due to my health condition. During the course of our stay, we asked for some ice at the cafe as I needed cold compress to my swollen face and the staff were very generous and kind to give us ice filled buckets for free and also delivered it to our room. Also they cleaned the room while we were inside as I needed to rest that time. We also borrowed some iron for our clothes and the staff were kind to let us use their iron. Overall staff were very polite and helpful. The room was also beautiful and modern and very spacious too. The toilet is also very nice and big. The are is quiet as there were not much vehicles passing by. Overall I like the olace its quiet and peaceful with friendly staff.

The property location was about 10-15 mins by taxi to rockwell were we had to go several times. however there were no convinient store or pharmacy or fast food restos nearby, maybe 20 mins walk from the location which is quite a hassle. We spent a lot of money on grab food. Food in the cafe was a bit expensive too. There was no hair dryer in the toilet which should be a must. Also found a few cockroach but small ones only. The view outside though wasnt too pleasant as its un unfinished construction site. But if your not too fuzzy with the view its quite a peaceful area as not kuch vehicles pass by.

I like the art work. It's clean, spacious, and good service. Got 2 bottle each day. Got coffee, refrigerator, safe, coat rack and two cute slippers in the room. Room is clean everyday. Location was close by restaurant and bar. Just walking distance. I like that the shower wasn't a wet floor.

Though it's clean, there was small cockroaches running in the bathroom. One was on my toothbrush. Lucky it was just in the bathroom and it wasn't a lot. The TV barely has any channels and it was all low quality but I had it on for background noise.

Nice hotel and accommodating staff. The pork adobo was good. My boyfriend liked the bbq burger.

Should have more pillows for a couple. Also, the first room I booked was not that great because the light wasnt working, should have checked first before accepting guests. However, you did a good job by providing us new room.
