Loved the location in Makati. Vibrant area full of bars and restaurants. The staff was EXCEPTIONAL. Best I’ve ever experienced in my life. Everyone knew my name and was super helpful, kind, friendly. Thank you so so much Anthony, Erika, Marc and Lanie! Your massage was the best I’ve ever had! And all the others of course! Sorry i forgot your names :(

Room was a bit small for 6 people. Also, in mine there was only one guy who seemed to be living there and his stuff was a bit all over the place (maybe this can be checked to avoid unfortunate situations). The cavity in the bed was convenient to store the bags however I would add shelves next to the bed and hangers to hang towels. Cleaning can be improved: stains in the pillows, sheets and one day I found a huge cockroach in the bathroom :(

Location of this hotel is great. In the heart of Makati, where all the bars and clubs are at walking distance. So it is quite vibrant on weekends. The staff were very nice and patient. I liked the vibe of the place. The breakfast had many choices a la carte, from sweet to savoury. Coffee was also good. The room is nice, big, clean and had all the amenities needed. Mine was also nicely decorated. I previously read a comment that the check-in was at the lobby where the restaurant is also. The restaurant was full and it had a live concert when I arrived. It was then obviously a little bit noisy for the check-in process, but no big deal for me. The vibe was good.

Room noise insulation could be improved as could hear the other room TV playing. Noise is not very loud, but if someone is a light sleeper, it could probably disturb. Other than this, nothing else.

Lovely place to stay. Good location in resaonable proximity to the airport. Best thing about the place is the staff, everyone I spoke with was incredibly helpful and as a solo traveller in a new city this is always very reassuring and appreciated. Every member of staff from reception, the cleaning crew, bar, etc. all great. There are massages available which are amazing and I highlight recommend (I got a 90-minute relaxation massage!). It is low season so the place was quieter than I expected, and I can only imagine when there are lots of guests there is a fantastic vibe there. There is a roof garden with a jacuzzi and great bar service which would be great for sociliasing. The rooms are very comfortable with air conditioning as it was very warm and humid in Manila. The building generally feels safe and secure and I really enoyed staying there. The breakfast served in the morning is delicious too and there is a lovely warm feeling downstairs in the AM when breakfast is being served. You feel very welcome here.

No comment! Maybe the lockers in the rooms are a little small if you have big bags and there are lots of people in the room/you would like to secure your items. But for most bags they should be fine.

Great location, easy walkable reach of lots of restaurants and bars. Two big shopping malls walkable near by. We loved the night street food market which is a 5 min walk from hotel Some of the nicest staff we've ever come across, kind, friendly, always assisting with bags and booking taxis etc. Security always on the door so felt very safe. Breakfast and drinks we had were good and the roof top bar is small but a nice change of scenery. Loved the decor very creative and cosy. We had a private room but would trust that even their dorm rooms are nice. We had a problem with our room on the first night and they went above and beyond to help us out even in the middle of the night. Upgraded our room and sincerely apologized for the inconvenience

Only thing we could ask for would be tea coffee water available in room so if you get in late you don't have to find a shop straight away. There was a cup, glasses and kettle but nothing to drink

good location in Poblacion, one of the nicer walkable parts of Manila. cool elevator (really) and some nice design elements. comfortable room but with a low ceiling.

we had a difficult check-in. we booked a double room (and not one “based on availability “), but on-site we’re given a twin. we’re then left waiting in a hallway for twenty minutes after being told to wait. finally we go downstairs and it seems like they’ve forgotten about us. the happy result was an upgrade to give us the double we booked. also the hotel never replied to any email / message queries about transport from the airport etc.. the hotel’s rooftop bar was playing death metal at high volume which kept all the guests away! all this created a vibe we didn’t love.

The staff went above and beyond. One day, I had to leave very early for a tour, before the kitchen had even opened. But I still wanted my breakfast. So the night before, I informed reception of my situation and they allowed me to pre-order my breakfast, and they packed it to-go in the morning so that I could take it with me on my trip. I was very impressed with their hospitality. The breakfast menu itself is very nice too. The bedroom had a luxury feel for a dorm room. The room was pleasant with a table on one side. I was provided with slippers and a toothbrush/toothpaste when I arrived. There is a free drinking water station in the corridor. The bathroom was very spacious and nicely decorated. The locker in the bedroom was large and accessed by a key that you get when you check-in. There is also a nice rooftop with a bar (with food and drinks), good wifi and a hot tub.

Nothing, I liked it all. Something that could be improved is that the staff didn't have too much local knowledge of things to do in the area, but they still did their best to help me find what I needed.

Nice and cozy Boutique-style Hotel. Location is great, many nightlife and dining places within walking distance. Still quiet at nights as it's off the main streets. Staff was very friendly. My room had a nice, modern, colorful style and was clean. There's also a rooftop with a jacuzzi and a small bar. Especially at nights it offers great views on the illuminated Makati Skyline. The Cafe-Bar at ground level near the reception is also a good place to chill.

I had to pay extra for 3h early check-in though I checked out very early next morning at 4:00 am (7 hours earlier than latest check-out). I expected the Hotel to be more accomodating.

I like how friendly and welcoming the staff was. We arrived slightly after midnight, they were fast to check us in. We had requested for a late checkout, they granted us a late check out at 1pm. However, due to the traffic jam, we arrived at the hotel at 1.15pm, they were nice enough to extend our late check out to 2pm. There was convenience store/restaurant near the hotel.

The safe was beeping throughout the entire stay, unsure what was wrong with it. The beddings and towels have yellow stains.

The hotel was situated in Makati, maybe not the most posh area of Makati, but a safe area and a lot of places within walking distance. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Nice bar/breakfast area. They also have a second bar, a few streets down.

The layout of the room was a bit 'strange'. We shared a room with 3 persons, and the room was a bit too small, as was the bathroom... But for 2 nights it was ok.

Staff super friendly, food is good. First night I was alone in the dorm, which was perfect. Second night with only 2 others (this was a Saturday). You don't get a sheet, only a fleece blanked which I didn't really like to sleep under. I didn't see many other travellers, great if you are looking for a calm place to stay. The restaurant also sells dinner, a bit pricy though. Rooftop with jacuzzi is nice!

Dorms are quiet small, not much floorspace and place to store luggage. Happy the room wasn't full (6 beds). Bathroom could be cleaner. Rest of the hostel is clean.
