We arrived a bit late but were able to check in without any hassles. Location was convenient. The hotel was right in front of the mall. There are tricycles and cabs to get you to nearby places if you needed to. There are convenience stores and restaurants near the hotel. The room was also quiet so we were able to rest well during our stay. Wifi was okay, we were able to use Netflix. Airconditioning was also good. There's a bidet and the shower has a heater. The room was spacious so you won't have to worry if you're bringing big luggages. The closet has a safe/small vault and 3 hangers are also provided.

Sheets and towels were clean but they smelled a bit weird (in my opinion). There were no windows and the room's and the elevator's ceiling are low. If you're a bit tall, you would have to duck a bit so your head won't bump the ceiling. Not sure if I just wasn't able to check but there was only 1 outlet for charging.

This is perhaps my 5th time booking. Always kept coming back. Great location. Facilities like aircon, elevator, bathroom, netflix, and water dispenser are working properly. Bed and pillows are clean as always.

My mother commented there's no free water bottles inside the room.

Location - near Ayala Malls and other stores (walking distance). We attended mrld first live show at Social House Makati. As expected, the event ended past 11pm and we're from Cavite. The room is clean and comfy. The lobby smells good. The staff is polite and approachable. Will recommend this to my friends. Also, very accessible for a Grab pick-up. We have the right place to stay if there's any gig or event around circuit Makati. Forgot to take photos inside the room.

It is our 3rd time to stay here. binabalik balikan namin kasi ang lapit lang nya sa place namin. also ang affordable nya and idela tlga for staycation and hanging out with friends

* Unfortunately on the 3rd day morning, the internet or the streaming app (netflix / youtube) could't connect anymore, and it get back 2 hours before the check-out (12nn) * the blanket provided was just BED SHEET. You have to pay for requesting a thicker blanket (PHP 300) * The receptionist wanted to hold our valid ID during the stay, which we didn't allowed. At first, we expect that the valid ID will be just presented as this is also implemented in other hotels, but that's not her instruction at first. Since we didn't allowed her, she just took a photo of our Valid Government ID. * the bed and towels has stain. * there were no glass for drinking. * the door was a little hard to manage * the room, needs more lighting esp. on the dining area/ the table and chair area/ cabinet area

Great location next to the mall we wanted to visit the taylor swift cafe. Room was clean bed was comfy great for one night. I loved that it has been nicknamed the midget hotel. Yes the ceilings are low but adds to the charm!

Closest to the football pitch. Internet is reliable.

Could have had a thicker blanket and our room (302) was not good location since we can hear the people talking sa street😂. Will request a different roo next time.

Accessible to the Ayala mall, eateries and walking distance to Blue Pitch. Netflix and wifi available. We were able to barrow a kettle. Friendly and considerate staff.

Could have atleast provide a chair. ☺️

Very close to the Samsung Theater, a supermarket, and good dining establishments. It takes about a 2-minute walk to get there.

The ceiling was low in some areas and my tall companion had to be careful not to hit his head, and the stairs were steep. I wish there was a sturdy handrail to hold on to.
