Towels given to us were old and looked a bit dirty; We booked for three but the bed is good only for two, that the other one used only a futton bed on the floor. The plastic chairs at the veranda needed to be checked because of their constant exposure to sun and rain, these are easily broken when used and might cause untoward accident.

My stay at Gramercy hosted by GotoPHIwas smooth and hasslefree despite having no personal interaction with the host. All communication was done via email, and everything went as expected... There was only one minor issue with Netflix, which required me to text Dennise. Although I didn’t receive a reply... they promptly sent someone to the unit to fix it, and everything was resolved efficiently... The unit itself was very cozyand I particularly appreciated the blue bedding as I dislike feminine colors and décor. The overall aesthetic of the unit felt gender neutral, which made my stay even more comfortable.

Considering the location, it really is a valuable find. Exactly what we needed! Good location and so many options for food and a lot of convenience stores around. The room we got to rent had a functioning kitchen which was a plus!

Checking in was a bit confusing but luckily we were allowed to leave our bags in the basement storage so we could go around while waiting for the check in time. Not bad! The card key thing is a bit tricky as well since we were only issued one key so either we all had to go down together or have someone go down to bring the key since we had to use it for the elevator.

Building lobby and size is impressive. Quiet area off Makati Ave. Close to bars and restaurants on Burgos St and to Rockwell Mall. Room was clean and everything was good. 55/F Floor was really a great spot to look towards the Bay Area. Instruction for WiFi great. Check in and out easy. 7-11 across the road etc.

No details were facilities were in the building. EG The Pool. Gym. Should have this in the room. No USB charging port for phone. But if you need to store your bag because of a late flight, problem where to store your bag. Ended up leaving it in the basement in a store room. Had to take the workers lift to B1.

Came to visit at Jan 31 - Feb 3 with my fam and was totally amazed from the view The staff all seemed very friendly and polite all the way from the reception to the security and guards.. Everything was clean and organized with a relaxing atmosphere. The room was exactly as in the photos! The hotel offers a descent pool 36th floor with a great view to enjoy great for some awesome insta-shots as well. In the same floor you can relax at the sauna which wasn't as busy as I expected which is great. And right on the mext floor 37th the have the gym (which I never used :D ) Location is excellent to walk around and enjoy what that area of Makati has to offer nightlife, clubs, bars restaurants etc.. Overall everyone in the group was satisfied enough and willing to visit again!

I recently stayed at Gracemary Recidency and I have to say, I was thoroughly impressed with my experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and they went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed during my stay. The room was immaculately clean and well-appointed, with all the amenities I could want. Overall, I would highly recommend Gracemary Recidency to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way and I look forward to staying there again in the future.

There is a good view of the whole Poblacion, Makati. The room is perfect for 2 people, very comfortable, and clean. It is also in the middle of all the good spots around restaurants, bars, clubs, etc.

Our room was perfect for an overnight stay. Very clean, all necessary amenities provided. Love the pool and sauna!

No free parking so we paid for the overnight stay and in addition we found our car passenger side windshield open upon checkout. We reported the incident, I hope they look into this as it is really a serious matter.

It's the conceirge staff duty that time. She don't have pleasing personality, supposed to be she's accomodating but she's masungit.

The unit are spacious, beautifully designed, and fully furnished with modern appliances. The location is unbeatable, with easy access to shopping malls and restaurants.
