They were able to accommodate my request for earlier check-in.

They might be able to add a hair dryer on the rooms. There is a mini ref that has light on when you open it but not working I guess (tried to turn the switch inside to turn it on but didn't help at all)

It is quiet and is close to restaurants and convenience stores. There is an ATM inside the building. Easy to cross the street and it feels secure to walk at night. I also appreciate them for allowing us to do an early check in. The pool is big and is not so crowded.

The parking. We were asked to go to Basement 5 when there is enough parking space at the higher levels. The security personnel at the parking sounded rude when we asked a question. Also upon checking out, we were asked to wait for 5 minutes while they check the rooms. We waited for about 20 mins already and I wouldn't know we are okay to go if I didn't approach the staff.

The bed

No small towel, need bath top . need good size bed table. Position of the TV is not good

I appreciate that they willingly offered me to transfer rooms because I have not expected the size of the room initially provided to me. Love how accommodating their staff were. They allowed me to stay for another 1hr since I got up a bit late and I need time to get ready for check out. The location is perfect. Lots of convenient stores around just a few steps away. The linens, pillows and the duvet was one of my fave part. So comfy and clean. It was all white, pleasing to look at.

The water from the shower leaks to the outside of the glass door and to the flooring of the room. It was a hassle since there were no door mats available, so I had to use a small towel to dry the flooring after. I was super extra careful the next time I shower making sure the water would not reach the glass door. 😅

Nice god sice pool but i nerver used it, clean room and the cleaning staf was so friendly, good location 15 min walk to the absolut best but expensive shopping malls in all Asia, It was a bussines and embassy area so in the evening it was almost to quiet around the hotel,

In my small closet to room there was a door in to the next room but it was locked no doorknob but you could hear every sound from the next room and there was a family staying with a small child walk-in-closet up at seven in the morning and talking and crying as kids do but i was there on holiday and wanted to sleep in the morning so i was disturbed, and the fitness was a joke at least for me only dumbells from 2,5 - 15kg no bench press or barbell and of course treadmill but it was not working and exersice bikes that was it no more,

The hotel is apsolutely beautiful and you get a lot for the price. It is close to the airport but also located in a nice part of Manilla where we felt safe and had abundance of restaurants, bars and shopping mall was 10 min away on foot. We loved that hotel also had a big pool perfect for relaxing.

We didnt get any towels in the room and we couldnt go to the pool for hours because of it because there were no towels neither at pool or housekeeping. The staff at the pool should work on their customer service since it was hard for them to understand some basic customer needs.

I liked that it was very accessible and close to my office. The staff are very accommodating and warm.

The room was bigger than what I expected and would have been better if there was a seating area even a stool nad small coffee table would make the room more comfortable as there was still space in the room and that could have made my stay more comfy as I don't have anywhere to seat while am drying my hair etc.

Ever since 2018, this is my go-to hotel since it's super close to everything anyone could need. Walking distance to Glorietas, Greenbelts, Landmark, Rustans, etc. Great food options around and coffee shops just a few mins walk from the hotel. Comfy and clean rooms, helpful staff and an accomodating front desk. Toiletries can be requested every day of your stay and room cleaning services are good. Free wifi and the place overall is budget-friendly.

If you're looking for a luxurious place to stay, this isn't it. It's perfect for people who travel and, on most of their stay, are out and about. The walls can be a bit thin and if you're unlucky enough to be next to a rowdy crowd of guests, you WILL hear them. This place is really meant for those who are traveling for expos, events, business meetings, etc. No room service but it's totally fine because of the multitudes of choices you have just outside the hotel.

Staff was accomodating with my requests. They even allowed early check in as long as there is an available room. The location is very convenient, nearby to plenty of restaurants and coffee shops.

Not sure if this applies to all rooms, but the one I stayed in had very thin walls - so I could easily hear my neighbors and i'm sure they could hear me too. So you have to be sound conscious. The mini single room is not thay big, just right for a solo traveller. No closet for clothes too
