We had booked a standard double room which had a small living room having a sofa, bedroom with 2 beds and a kitchen area with basic kitchenette, dining table and water dispenser with hot/cold water. Rooms were clean and enough towels were provided. The guest house is bang on the Panagsama beach and Sardine run entry is just 20 steps away. This was the only hotel (out of 4 that we stayed in Phillipines) that provided complimentary breakfast and believe me thats quite needed in Moalboal as restaurants there start there day late. They had multiple options breakfast options to choose from and their sandwiches are delicious. The best thing is the staff here and I cant write enough about them. My kid felt sick and we were not finding appropriate food in restaurants outside. Upon request they prepared and delivered food to our room for the kid which was a blessing at that critical time. We were checking out very early around 2 am, the lady at the reception packed us Sandwiches for the morning, we were so touched by the gesture. Above all, when I went to pay for the meals they provided for my kid, they refused to accept and gave us a warm smile. A big shout out to all the staff working there.

Nothing as such

Place is two minutes walk from the beach. But when you arrive by car, the drive in looks rough with potholes and muddy road and not sign of any beach. However, once you get into the guesthouse area, it's pretty nice and it's a short walk to the beach. The guesthouse we rented is the main floor of a two storey house. The main floor two bedrooms each with its own bathroom, and has kitchen and fridge.There is a big yard and terrace in front, and a laundry rack where you can dry your dive gear. Very friendly staff at the restaurant for breakfast. I don't think they serve other meals at the restaurant. Place doesn't have much facilities, but the guesthouse is good for family.

They have very loud roosters. If you don't like rooster crowing, don't stay here. I just go with it and consider sound of nature.

It was a great location, the staff was very friendly and we really liked how they were quickly organising everything for us- kawasan falls canyoneering, taxi pickup, sardines run, etc. Was a very nice experience to have a terrace too dry our things on. The internet was great (compared to many places we were in Philippines) and they even have a mini fridge!

Watch out! If you are afraid if cats, several walking around. Also water runs out in the night because the entire area runs on water tankers!! So do everything as early as possible. Also, finding it might be slightly tricky, and we were travelling with a suitcase.. so try getting directions if possible.

Breakfast was good - You have a choice of American Breakfast of two slices of bread with two eggs(sunny side up or scrambled), ham/sausage or sandwiches with cheese/tomato omelette or Pinoy. Location is good - It is not on the beach but it is only 2 mins walk out of the alley to the beach to snorkel and see the sardine run. Quiet chalet that has a living room attached to bedroom attached to bathroom with warm showers. A pail and scoop is also provided. No hair dryer and no television. One big water dispenser with hot and cold water and coffee and tea inside the chalet. It is very near to dive shops , many restaurants, groceries and souvenir shops. The owner invited all guests to their year-end party although the guests didn't turn up. My daughter went to have a peep and they were friendly to her and gave her some lechon which tasted extremely good.

Nothing although a hair dryer will come in useful.

The staff was amazing and very helpful. They booked transportation for us to get to Cebu. Location was perfect and in walking distance to everything. The room was very nice and clean. We had the 2 bedroom apt and it was huge. The AC worked fantastic.

The beds are a little too firm for me and blankets weren't on the beds, only sheets. We asked for blankets and they gave us some. There were about 3 roosters every morning right outside the window. Very very loud.

In the heart of the tourism area by the beach - 1 min away from water, at the same time away from road. Spacious room/apartment with big bathroom (shower with good water pressure and hot water), kitchen, entree and bedroom with good aircon. Have hangers and a rope outside so you can dry your clothes and towels. Offers free breakfast. We came before check in time and could leave our bags in the reception/kitchen while we re on the beach. Afterwards they were brought to our room when the room was ready. Thank you!

Bad sound isolation from the “street”, you hear people talking when the pass by, but its tiny street so no motor vehicles go there.

It's very near to Panagsama Beach, a 5 minute walk only. There is breakfast included, though it was made of typical hotdog, egg and rice and coffee of course, but it removes the wasted time of deciding where to eat. Room is spacious with free coffee, 5 galloons of water, shampoo, conditioner and soap. The balcony is big. This is very good for big families and or big gathering because of the spacious area.

We get lost finding the parking at first as we followed using google maps. If you are not driving, it's alright but if you do drive, please take note to turn left on the Tattoo establishment before you reach the end road, then follow the sign. I forgot the name of that corner. It will be another 5 mins to the parking area, semi rough road.

Everything, especially the helpful staff. The location was great, close to all the action, also next to a great dive outside patio with chairs and table was also great. The property didn’t come with blankets, but the staff sourced enough for our stay.

The water pressure and shower were bad when we arrived but the staff fixed that within 30 minutes. Nothing was ever too much for them.

The staff is amazing. If you want a bungalow on Pangsama beach this is it. Great bed. David, Juliette, Sara, and Wenchel are fabulous. Fantastic breakfast. Clean room with all amenities. David arranged snorkeling equipment. Walked 1 minute to beach and swam 20 feet off beach to see sardine run. Arranged driver to Cebu ferry for Bohol. Right off the main street but quiet. All the restaurants, dive shops, massage and shopping right there.

It was great to be able to walk to the shore and start snorkeling after a 2 minute walk from my room. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Information on the Internet about ferries was contradictory. They kindly called the company to get up to date information.

The room had a desk, but it couldn't be used because the fridge and water cooler were on it. There was no hook to hang a towel in the bathroom.
