Gd strong hot shower, new toilet bowl cover, efficient air-conditioner, clean hard mattress (one queen and one king bed I think). There was sufficient drying space on a big foldable wooden rack on the level 2 walkway. We felt safe that the level reception was always alert about people walking on the street—anyone could access the external stairs to our level two wooden door, technically speaking. Appreciate the staff being on guard as we have young children with us. Staff was also friendly and showed us the quiet path to beach access.

The wooden door lock was simple and worked fine. Both door lock and wooden floor be better maintained though. The fridge didn’t work but we didn’t need to use it anyway. Generally we were satisfied with the room based on the price we paid.

good location, the owner of the apartment was very accommodating. wonderful staff and a beautiful girl who worked in the scuba diving center on the ground floor of the apartment, an extraordinary person, always helping us, beautiful, too good. I had a bit of a crush on her. I send many regards her on this occasion

Location was perfect - very close to the beach /restaurants. Room was spacious and clean-it was basic but that's what we were expecting! Staff were helpful booking airport transfers and activities!

The location is conveniently located in the heart of the strip next to the ocean with great views in the morning and evening from the upper level 2. The staff was incredible and the owner was very friendly and accommodating.Thank you for the great stay!

clean and spacious room with all you need. It is located close to the bars and restaurants on panagsama beach but far enough so you don't get bothered by it.

This place is very comfy, the rooms are what you need and the owner is amazingly hospitable and is lovely person that made me feel welcome and organised activities for me. I really enjoyed my stay here and recommend for a quiet stay.
