Staff were lovely. Room was nice and shower was decent. Balcony was cute. Refillable water was appreciated. 5 min walk to the beach and restaurants.

Could have done with a kettle on balcony in kitchenette - there is hot water available but in the morning it would be good to not have to leave the room to make a coffee.

Everything went great, I would totally recommend this place. First of all, Christina was super nice and responded very quickly to all my questions and arranged everything (laundry, taxi, motorbike rental etc). You also have the possibility to cook simple breakfast if you want. We had a great time playing pickle ball for the first time, we enjoyed it very much. The rooms were spacious and clean, the AC and the WiFi worked perfectly. The location was perfect too : very near the central street but far enough not to be bothered by the nightlife noise.

Just a suggestion : you could add some clothes airer outside to make the suimsuits dry maybe. But everything was fine !

Everything about this accommodation was excellent. The staff were always so kind. We were delayed getting to the accommodation, and they were very helpful, even offering us self check in if we were too late. The room was perfect. A good size, comfortable, clean, and the bathroom had nice warm showers. There was shampoo and soap provided. There was free water refill at reception and tea and coffee. The kitchen on the balcony was ideal for our 4 days. We had everything we needed to cook our 3 meals each day. There is a line outside too to hang wet clothes. The location is a two minute walk to the sardine run and turtles but is still in a quiet location. There was a pickle ball court which we were able to play free of charge. The staff told us the rules and helped us along while we played. Everything about our accommodation was great. We would definitely recommend.

We LOVED beyond island, one of our favourite hotels in the Philippines. It was so clean, perfect location (2 minutes from the Main Street, but still really quiet) and the staff were so so lovely. It even had a court for pickle ball, my boyfriend had never played this before but they had games on every night and everyone was really welcoming and showed him how to play. Can’t fault this place at all.

Only thing I could say is they don’t do laundry and it’s a bit of a walk to get this done, but other than that amazing

I came and got the regular standard room. I asked if there were upgrades available because I wanted a fridge. And they did! The room upgrade was fabulous. So nice to have a little porch. Reheat left overs. Make breakfast and coffee in the morning. And the two girls working the front are great! So sweet and helpful. I really liked my stay here. And it’s so close to town and restaurants. Everyone loves the pickle ball court. I don’t play. But it gave the place a lively warm feel.

We originally booked a room for 4 days and we loved it so much that we extended our stay to 7 days. What we loved the most was the size of the room, the hot shower with good pressure, the amazing location close to the main center and the good wifi. We moved to a bigger room for the last 3 days and we loved the balcony and the kitchenette/fridge. We could prepare our own breakfast which was great! Another plus was the free water and coffee in the reception. And of course the amazing Italian dinner Massimo (the owner) prepared for us.

The only thing we believe they could improve is the water pressure in the second room we stayed. Opposed to what we experienced in our first room, the pressure was very little.

Loved the natural light and the balcony. The room was very clean and the bed comfortable. The location was great- within walking distance of restaurants, the beach and shops. Christina on reception was wonderful. She was so welcoming and kind. She helped us with anything we needed- booking tours, laundry services and letting us leave our luggage after check out. I would highly recommend staying here and I would stay here again. The pickle ball court is also a fun bonus!

A great home away from home, especially if you book an apartment with kitchenette. Location was close to an activity area with nice food but not too close so it was still quiet. There is a pickleball court and lots of ppl play so you can enjoy watching and we learned about this game for the first time. The beds were comfortable and cleaning staff was nice. Overall great value for money.

Some of the rooms are very close to the pickleball so I guess if you stay there you might suffer from the noise. We booked an activity with the reception and were disappointed from the info they gave, which turned out to be wrong and made us miss something we wanted to do...I think if you book stuff with them make sure to triple check everything so you get what you ask. We extended one night in a smaller room and it had a lamp but no socket to connect it without it being on the bed.. so you can't really use it, and the AC needs some updating.

Great location close to panagsama beach to snorkel with the turtles and sardines, Kawasan falls was maybe 20 minute scooter ride away. The staff was a highlight, friendly and willing to answer questions. Water dispenser to refill your bottle 24/7, complimentary coffee. Owner is Italian and will make you authentic Italian food, 1st night I arrived exhausted and the owner made me a pizza late at night and delivered it to my room himself, let me pay the next day, drinks available too, real life saver that night. Wish I could have tried his pasta.

Upon check in there was there was a little confusion about my check in date, as booking.com and the hotel were not on the same page. They contacted booking.com and sorted everything out so all good was just a bit stressful upon arriving tired when they told me my check in was the next day.

The location is really good, only about 5 minutes walking from the sardine beach and all the restaurants and shops nearby. The staff were really kind and helpful, we asked a lot of questions not only about things nearby but also how to get to other islands. The room was very spacious and had a huge bathroom and shower, the bed was very comfortable! There’s free water, coffee and tea for guests! The overall atmosphere of this hotel was very relaxing and we felt right at home!
