The staff were amazing. I've asked them millions of questions and they're always happy to help and with a smile. They've got tour operator contacts and laundry contacts. The room itself was really spacious and the toilet and bathroom were separate from each other. The plants they've planted around the pool and rooms are so pretty.

The bed and pillows could be comfier and bigger. The bed was a bit on the firmer side. Something about the pool made our swim suits go green/weird colour. Location was good and bad. Good cause it was quiet and tucked up on a corner, bad cause you need to walk 6 mins to go to the town centre for food and other things.

Me and my boyfriend stayed here 5 nights and we absolutely loved it! The room was nice and clean, fast wifi around the entire facility and the food and drinks were delicious! Walking distance from the beach where you could rent mask, snorkel and fins and go snorkeling with the turtles and sardines, just by the shore. Paradise!! the service here was also great, the whole staff treated us with kindness and a smile every day. When we visit Moalboal again we will be back here for sure!

The only thing we would recommend this resort is to put some smaller, warmer lights in the room. there were only one light switch in the entire room which gave a cold and strong light that attracted a lot of mosquitoes.

This hotel really is a secret paradise away from the hustle of Panagsama beach. the location is amazing but it’s also very peaceful. The pool area is lovely and the rooms are spacious and very clean.

The restaurant is of fairly low quality. There are not many breakfast choices and in the evening, we ordered a curry and they said they had no rice - extremely surprising. Also, the bar closes at 9pm which is very early. We didn’t mind and tried to sit outside our room to have a few drinks but we got told to keep the noise down. This was at 10pm.

This was a fantastic place to stay. We decided to stay in Moalboal so that we were closer to the attractions (sardine run, turtles, waterfalls etc.) and we are so glad we did! Secret paradise was perfect- the pool was amazing, restaurant was great, the rooms were spacious & all the facilities were kept so clean and beautiful. The reception staff helped us with all our bookings and gave us great recommendations. It was a very short walk (2mins) to the beach, where you could swim with turtles and the sardine run. There are great local restaurants nearby too. We would definitely stay here again!

This was the 3rd stop for our honeymoon and the only one that was not a massive 5* star resort but no matter as the name suggests, it was a hidden paradise in Moalboal. They easily competed with the others. We still felt like the service was amazing. The facilities were so nice and clean. The only difference was that we felt so at home. A clean, modern space with traditional Filipino touches. Our friends stayed in Quo Vadis for the same price and was nothing compared to Secret Paradise. It was hands down quiet (no loud dogs keeping you up at night), super clean and relaxing. There were times we just sat and talked in the outdoor seating area or in the pool. They have contacts for a laundry shop and a masseuse, which makes things so convenient. The on-site restaurant was great for breakfast and later on for drinks and dinner. Their smoothies were great too and the prices reasonable. Love the soap and shampoo dispensers in the bathroom So close from downtown Moalboal for the tours and other dining options. SERVICE WAS GREAT.

Refillable glass water bottles in the room would be great so we can limit plastic use. nothing else, you guys were amazing

The hotel is great, decent wifi, size of the rooms is great. The bed "frame" is a little weird but it works, the bed is comfortable which goes a long way. The pool is awesome, doorbell to order drinks from the bar was a good idea. My daughter loved the pool here as it had a big shallow area to play around in as well as a deeper area for everyone else.

The airconditioning needs to be serviced, the staff cleaned it after we mentioned that it wasn't working well. This improved it but I think it needed a bit more of a thorough cleaning.

A beautiful retreat from the hustle and bustle of panagsama. Stunning pool area and restaurant both very well cared for and maintained. The air conditioning in the room was perfect! The whole staff team were attentive and caring in their work - and the housekeeping team amazing, our room was spotless! Filipino food on the menu was delicious, highly recommend with a cocktail.

The reception hours are quite short (office hours only) - although the bar team can usually assist outside of these times. Travellers take note - they accept cash only - no cards :)

clean and spacious rooms. good restaurant and well priced. an evening meal was around £6. the staff were extremely helpful and polite. The location was great. just off the busy walk ways, so quiet at night. You felt in your own little bit of paradise.

There was nothing about the stay I didn’t like. The only thing, would of been great to have a small convenience shop there. But maybe this will come in the future. Other wise no complaints at all.

The room was really great, with a bed on a podium, perfectly prepared with towel swans. Overall bungalows look great, there's extra space to relax outside your room. There's a swimming pool which looked quite nice, but I did not try it. The staff was helpful, and when the hotel had no power on my second day, they brought a huge barrel of water for me to shower. The breakfast was not included in the price, but nonetheless good, with some options available. Fruit breakfast is beautifully served, and the fruits are fresh. Location is hidden a bit, but that's a good thing as it's very quiet in the vicinity of the hotel. The beach and all the restaurants are a short walk from the hotel.

As I mentioned, the power was off on the second day, starting from early morning. According to the notice, it should have been a brief scheduled maintenance, but it continued for the whole morning until my checkout. Because of that I could not take a hot shower nor have any fresh juices, nor charge my phone. Anyway, I guess it can happen with any hotel, so not a very big deal.

Absolutely gorgeous accommodation-“paradise” is a very apt description. We had a really lovely stay here. There are not many rooms so the hotel has a very boutique, personal feel. The pool is perfect for lounging, and each room has a small outdoor space. It’s a very quiet hotel, but short walking distance to the main street with bars, diving etc. The bar area is also perfect for relaxing. Facilities were fantastic, beer was cheap, we ate for breakfast one day and the food was excellent. A couple of reviews have mentioned mosquitoes but we didn’t have any issue. Staff were super helpful. We also were able to do laundry here at very reasonable price. Overall would love to stay here again!
