Aziza has amazing service all made possible by their amazing team, especially the front of house team and porters. Nothing was too much trouble, even when I wanted to book a last minute boat trip to Honda Bay on the same morning, they made it happen! I almost left my medicine but the lady remembered and brought it out for me. The location of the property is also very central and easy to get to local restaurants and bars. Rooms are clean and well kept. Special mention to Jasmine, Angel, Jewel and Ken who always had a smile and made sure I had the best stay possible in Puerto Princesa - thank you!

I wish there was more poolside beds as when the sun came out they were all taken from early in the morning and we had to use chairs. But other than this the pool was lovely.

The staff are very nice and the food is delicious.

The room is a bit dark and the room is not refreshingly even the room facilities need more improvement.

Value for money. we booked this hotel as a budget hotel for a stop over while exploring the underground river. I wasn't expecting too much for our £33 per night. the lobby entrance and pool area was lovely. Staff were very kind and accommodating, our room was comfortable and clean and the breakfast was the best we have had in the phillipines so far!

The only criticism I have would have is that we had no hot water one of the evenings, all other times we had hot water. We stayed in a £150 per night resort in el nido and had the same issue but every day. so this isn't a big problem.

The pool area is a slice of paradise! Surrounded by lush greenery with comfortable loungers and fish waterfall, it’s the perfect place to unwind. We’re thoroughly impressed by the quality of treatments and the tranquil atmosphere. Dining here was a culinary journey. The breakfast buffet had endless options, from fresh tropical fruits to made-to-order omelets. Each dish was a beautiful blend of local flavors and gourmet presentation. —it’s a memorable experience! The pool was excellent.

The staff here were amazing. I booked this hotel with a friend for her 40th and made a note in the booking. On the day they put a beautiful display on the bed of rolled towels and flowers to look like a cake along with a lovely note. A friend from back home wanted to organise sparkling for us, and the staff managed to get me alone to check out the bottle and approve it and figure out when to serve it. I didn't know a slice of cake was also coming so when they came out with that whilst we enjoyed the sparkling, all the serving staff sang happy birthday and played guitar for her. It was done so beautifully and made for a memorable experience. The airport service was also amazing and on demand and the pool divine. We had massages most days which were also great and in a nice environment. Overall a wonderful experience here.

A water refill station would have been great. We had this at many of our other hotels.

The pool is gorgeous, the kids really enjoyed it. The room was very special, a family room with two separate rooms, a dream. Beautiful garden view from our room. Towels, beautifully decorated with flowers, a fruit basket, which we haven’t seen here yet. Only the floor seemed a bit dusty or sandy. Apart from this, the room was absolutely perfect and more that we wished for. The breakfast was rather simple, everything with meat or fish. I am on a plant based diet so I ate blank rice and salad. It would be great if they could provide a milk alternative and fresh fruit. It is not in walking distance of the center so you have to take a transportation to go there. However, there is a free shuttle bus to the airport, which is fabulous. The stuff very welcoming and friendly .

The breakfast was amazing!! Pancake, egg and bread stations, Filipino options, coffee, juice. -free airport shuttle -excellent cool and comfortable lobby, laid back staff and didnt mind that we stayed there for a few hours while waiting for our next transfer. -super comfy beds, qualiry linens, best pillows in Phillipines -they have water in the lobby! Welcome drink on arrival, theyve thought of everything you need, kettles, coffee in room

A little bit out of town, so you mostly eat at their restaurant, which would suit families or people that dont want to deal with street hassles or see markets. But only 60 pesos to the mall. Tricycles out front.

The facilities are great!! Fortunate to stay during their anniversary pool party, which was a bonus & good fun. And all the staff I encountered were just soooo warm & friendly!! Greet you with a big smile. And a special mention for Justina in the bar!! Always willing to engage in conversation when sitting at the bar 😃

They just need to find a way to get the guests to use the bar area. Staff in there are lovely. Plenty of room, 3 pool tables, disco & good size dance floor. It didn't stop me from using it, but an under utilised good resource.

The layout & design is phenomenal. It is so picturesque and literally feels like a mini paradise!! The pool is such a dream & has lovely seats & beds to sunbathe in. The resort has a massage & beauty parlour with such skilled masseuses. You can get your nails & lashes & other beauty bits done in the parlour too. The food in the restuarnt is amazing, I would recommend the Kung Pao Chicken & you also need to get the fruit platter. The breakfast is so delicious too so make sure you book with brekkie. The staff literally made my stay such an experience. They were so kind & offered help in all areas. They checked in with me a lot because they knew I was solo travelling. I felt very at home.
