This property is cozy and welcoming, it makes you feel home. The location is ok, very convenient to get to the airport.

Breakfast and food in general could be improved

I love the massage. We love the massage. Their Balai Signature is the best massage ever. Hands down. A must try. I like how comfy and spacious the rooms are — it smells great, it gives you that extra relaxation vibe. Had a good sleep. Rooms are very clean and they are very generous of pillows. They have bathrobes for each rooms and bathroom design is a plus, everything has a purpose and no extra wasted space. All our rooms are in the upperfloor so we have the whole floor to ourselves that gives that exclusiveness. We enjoyed the jaccuzzi and sauna. Staff are great and very accomodating. We just have an issue regarding our tours as it was not explained well to us beforehand but the manager did her best to help address our complaints and we appreciate her flexibility. We truly recommend this hotel. Service is top notch and you’ll truly feel relax. And we love John Wick! What a good fluffy boy. ☺️

Food restaurant could be improved. Servings are good for one only and they don’t offer group meals. Breakfast is too oily for us especially how the eggs were cooked. We love the fresh orange juice and bulalo though. Good thing they allowed to have food deliveries at the hotel.

Balai Princesa is a hidden Gem in Puerto Princesa. The rooms are very comfortable and clean, the staff are very attentive and easy to coordinate with. It was nice to have cafe lilim for the complementary breakfast and a place for drinks at night 😊 Our group was very happy with the stay! Special mention for the jacquzzi and Spa offers which made our stay that much more relaxing 😊 Thank you Balai Princesa!

- water pressure and lack of hot water

The staff was exceptional. They went out of their way to make the stay comfortable The hotel had a complementary jacuzzi and Sauna. They also provided onsite massages at a very reasonable price. The food for dinner was tasty and options were many. It was very close to the airport which is wonderful. It is also close to the Nagtabon Beach by car.

Breakfast can have more variety. Perhaps adding something for people who do t eat gluten foods. Fruit was excellent on the morning but they ran out of fruit often.

Breakfast and food in general serviced here was excellent. Lots of variety and friendly staff. Reception staff was helpful to schedule transportation and was knowledgeable about day trips. When they didn't know, they researched it for us. We were well taken care of.

Water pressure and temperature of the showers could have been higher. We scheduled a time for jacuzzi and the water was lukewarm. We ended up not using it. We wish it was steaming hot and felt like a missed opportunity.

The Balia Princesa is a real gem, the decor, the ambiance and feel, the staff and especially the food in Limim Cafe is (best I had during my stay in the Philippines) I would highly recommend this hotel

The only negatives I could find was-no TV or fridge in the rooms and the other the location is not in walking distance of the City Centre you need a tricycle or taxi but this could be seen as a good thing being out of the hustle and bustle

the styling of the whole place was very nice. place was clean and the staff were attentive and helpful. food at the cafe was very good! the breakfast is not buffet, you choose from their menu and all the meals were scrumptious!

when we left the hotel helped us arrange a shared pick up to el nido. the driver said that they thought it was private and that led to a few hiccups. it may not have been the hotel’s fault, could be the driver side but still was not v smooth

I love all the staff, everyone was super pleasant, willing to help make the stay as welcoming as possible, help with any question and assisted with all the transportation. They help plan all the trips, arranged and knock on the our door every time the guides arrived. Even in the morning they went as far as reminding us what we had planned for the day. The breakfast was fresh , really one of the best hotel stays I ever had.

I have no complaints about this stay. The staff really made this trip beyond perfect.

The little restaurant and bar in the restaurant was really accommodating and nice. The hotel was very boutique and quiet. The staff was very accommodating. They did not send us the promised shuttle, but reimbursed us for the cab fare in cash. They also acommodated us by having their shuttle take us to the airport at 4:30 am!

On the return trip, our air conditioner didn't work.

Great little boutique hotel. Only 5 rooms off the beaten path. Owners and staff were terrific. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choices. We had massages that included jacuzzi and sauna time. The massages were outstanding. Highly recommend this stay.
