It’s a nice quiet hotel on Station 2. We had chosen Cabana room and it was spacious and clean. Pool was nice and clean, too. Breakfast is served at the hotel’s restaurant, where during the day you can also order drinks and food. Staff was very nice, they helped us take tuk-tuk and everyone was nice and polite.

Maybe only one thing is that the hotel is not a beachfront one, so you will need to walk about 5 min to the beach along a narrow street filled with shops, restaurants and transport. From another side, this could be an advantage, because like this you can find various dining options here. Station 2 beach is quite busy, too.

A very good hotel with friendly staff, very clean, and the room was cleaned daily with towels replaced and bottled water replenished. We had an amazing view of the pool and garden from our room. The room has everything you need for your stay – it is spacious and air-conditioned. A big thank you to the staff for the lovely birthday surprise – a cake. I highly recommend staying at this hotel! :)

The facilities were really good and very well maintained. If you did need something looked at or repaired they were on it right away. The breakfast was amazing with something for everyone. The restaurant was great for all meals or snacks. Here is the thing that made our stay above average in quality though. The staff at the resort. They are truly amazing. They were kind, helpful and so friendly. They almost knew what you needed before you did. The thing about the staff that we really enjoyed though was how happy and genuine they were. They were also so helpful and kind to each other. We often noticed the interaction between staff crew and they treated each other pretty much like family. You just don’t see that often and this was a quality that put our stay over the top. Thank you Boracay Tropics. We really enjoyed our time with you.

This resort quotes you a price. Once you put your credit card in it will accept it just to send a notification you need to use a debit card in which they charge you double the amount. BE SURE TO WATCH OUT FOR THIS. REMEMBER, A DEBIT CAN NOT BE REVERSED LIKE A CREDIT CARD. THS RESORT IS A SCAM CHARGER. LOVED THE RESORT BUT THEY ARE THIEVES!!! WHEN I BROUGHT IT TO THEIR ATTENTION THEY DENY IT. BEWARE!!!!!!

The pool hardly gets any sun, and the water is a bit cold for us. The hotel is walking distance (5 minutes) to the beach but there is no public toilet on the beach, so I would probably prefer somewhere even closer to the beach if that is the main focus for you. The location is very convenient for restaurants, shopping, massage, etc., but lots and lots of street vendors everywhere on the way to the beach, and even on the beach too, gave me a not very peaceful quality time. There is nothing wrong with this property itself, but I would like to find a beachfront or even private beach property next time if I return to this island.

Lack of shower water pressure/ hotwater,occassional septic smell,noisy inwall machine noise ( at 5am from room 2004),lack of being able to use credit card to book excursions as providers all want cash,in room water was continually needed when should be automatically delivered daily,airport transfers were more expensive via hotel so we booked with other providers,mattress maybe in need of renewing as this is 4* rated,room makeup needs to be more efficiently organised to coincide with guests/staff so we know water will be delivered and rooms made up,beach towels required 400php deposits!...why not supply towels at beginning and check the room upon departure as with booze fridge?...easier and more convenient for guests.

A somewhat older hotel, well kept, but not really a resort. Personnel was fine, friendly and helpful. There is a nice pool and a rather simple restaurant. Breakfast was OK, catering tends more towards the Phillipino guests. Quality and service was fine. The pool takes up most of the garden. Together with the restaurant there is not much more space left. But it is clean and a nice place to cool down a little.

Boracay White Beach can be reached by walking through an alley with many little shops and restaurants aimed at tourists and a few hotels. It is clearly not very well developed and looks run down. Nothing the hotel can do about. At the end of the alley is the beach. During my stay at Boracay very busy. This was amplified by large cruiseships that anchored nearby of a few days. The large number of 'sales people' on the beach is annoying. Boracay has in my view not too much tropical charm left.

The Hotel has a nice setting . Even though it has noise around it. The beach is 5 mins walk away. The Staff are excellent,friendly,and Helpful.I had forgotten a connection lead I needed. They offered that they would send a person to try and Source. But for tonight you can use this one for our printer. I woke up in the morning and returned the lead. I went out and managed to buy myself,Before their staff bought it. That is going the Extra mile.

Breakfast is ok if you are Filipino. But very limited if you are European or the UK. I have already brought it to their attention to look into it. Some building work day time can be a bit noisy at times drills and hammer. I think it could be ending soon!!

Location perfect. Very clean and nice enviroment. Room spacy and quiet. Nice bathroom and shower had good waterpressure. Nice breakfast. Pool area good but not too synny and only few sunbeds Typical philippino way, that there is lot of staff and all are very polite.

Wi-fi was weak on 4th floor. TV programs very poor quality and no intelligence. Needs updating. Stayed for one week and breakfast quite good but not much changes or variety.

Staff are courteous, attentive and very accommodating, really appreciate all the services they provided during our stay. Walking distance to the beach and town proper. The room and amenities suites our needs and they are very generous with the toiletries and freebies. Thank you so much for making our family vacation awesome! we are very happy during our stay and looking forward on our next visit!
