Though the facilities seem old and outdated.. the hotel is nice and clean.. the rooms are spacious and the staff are all accommodating... It is truly value for money... A great place to stay at an affordable price...a great location in station 3 is a plus... .. It is situated right outside the loading dock for the water activities...

We had a great stay... But if we can suggest... It is to slightly upgrade the hotel room facilities especially the bathroom... Though it is clean spacious and nice... It will be much better if the bathrooms are updated

Its not i didnt like, its looks old and not updated.. need to repaint it.. the towel also is old already.. Maybe need to put a chair outside near the beach area to add for the enjoyment of the guest.

the property is close to the beach so whenever you feel like you need to go to the beach and just unwind, you’ll just have to go out of your room and go for a swim.

the property is close to a construction site (as of this date) - so you’ll hear a lot of construction noise outside of your room in the morning to night (but rooms have good soundproofing so you’ll only hear minimal construction noise)

They provided us with one of the best rooms that we could have had with the booking we made.

Something quite normal, when people pass by your door, you hear them speaking loudly. (There was just this one night, after waking up from hearing thunder and lightning and everything was so quiet, suddenly your next-door neighbor knocks on their door and makes you jump out of bed 😫)

Staffs are very accommodating, welcoming and always smile. They are very efficient to all our request.

Facilities needs maintenance but rooms are very comfortable and clean

Location is in front of beach -station 3. The staffs are polite and help guests from the heart.

Breakfast is ok just watermelon is served as cut fruits every day. The food is lukewarm probably some guests kept open the case.

- nice and friendly staff - rooms are way more better than we expected - kuya guard and staff is always greeting us with a smile - they provide towels which you can put on the sand while waiting for the sunset - jacuzzi was cleaned before we use it - the bidet.. ang lakas..

- upon entering the room, it smells "luma and kulob", an additional room spray/perfume could have done the trick to remove it - lighting in the room (bed area) was not working - the plug on the wash basin is damaged.. have to manually unplug it so that it wont overflow - my friend's room, does not have a water stopper plug on the bathtub, so they weren't able to use it - blower not working -

Cleanliness and staff's assistance.

They do not have a back up generator! Spent 3 hours with no electricity on our first night. The breakfast also is repetitive.. They should serve different menu everyday.

Breakfast is good though it was pricey if its not included to your booking so better to book with bfast inclusion. Staff so friendly and accommodating, approachable. Will surely come back

Just need some renovation. Property has a nice location in the beach front but need to well maintained the Hotel its almost old

I like the location

By far, I’m just a little sad they don’t have birthday banner ready for my birthday which I had my day celebrated when i was staying with them.
